Arena Fence And Deck

This Arena fence is located out of the east end, I think AJAX or something. These guys came back in April and got deposits from everyone on Angel Stone in Mississauga. Paul sat on my dining table doing the paper work and promised me that by end of April we should have our fences. Then they disappeared. It's July 1st today and we still don't have our fence. Like the last review, their excuses started with it's raining, our material is back ordered, etc. Last week their guys came and finished about three houses down from me, and then they disappeared again. I called again and spoke to Dino (I think that's his name) and he said oh we ran out of material. How stupid is that!? Don't they know how much material they need for the job once? Today 2 guys came at 3pm, put a frame and left. So July 1st, still no fence! Do not hire Arena Fence. And if you do, don't give them a deposit. Tell them you will give deposit and payment when job is complete.

Arena Fence took my deposit in April and now it is June and they still have not completed the project. Several neighbours are waiting for them to finish and we all call them often to try and get them to finish their work. They say when it is raining they cannot work, but it is sunny and they still do not work. They say they have not ordered materials. Why didn't they order back in April when we all put our deposits? One neighbour tried to cancel the rest of their services and just pay for what they've done and they refused. Very unprofessional and SLOW service. I would never go with this company again or recommend it to anyone. Very frustrating trying to get straight and honest answers from these people.
