They came on time and removed all the stains on our couch within the time estimates. They protected our house with booties and other equipment. Very satisfied with the service and all the kids stains that are gone and I thought would never come out.

did a good job but moved no furniture including end tables which could easily be moved. Some stains were not removed but overall i was happy with the result.
