We have been in this house for more than 16 years and this is the first time we've ever dealt with a bedbug situation. We called a few places in Toronto and Pestend was the only one that explained their service in detail and was more than willing to answer the multitude of questions that my family had. The service we received from Zafar was awesome. He was knowledgeable, extremely patient, understanding and compassionate about the situation and the amount of stress it caused. Two treatments were done in two separate sessions to thoroughly ensure no bedbugs were left, and we also had an inspection by Zafar. The problem seems to be solved now.

Pestend responded on the day I called when many other companies could not guarantee a visit. I had been up most of the night with noises in our attic, so it was not something that I wanted to leave another day; not to mention that it was breeding season, so I did not want to take the chance of babies being born in our attic. My husband was away, so I arranged for my parents to be at our house at the indicated time, and Tony from Pestend was perfectly punctual. He was polite and informative, and very professional to work with.

Used pestend pest control services for mice problem. The agent Naseer came out to put the treatment in my home. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The treatment got rid of the mice very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.
