We switched to CSP from another provider, a phone company, who bought our previous alarm monitoring company. The phone company was terrible to deal with. They tried to force expensive equipment upgrades on us and had unskilled technicians who lacked knowledge. CSP upgraded our panel for free in exchange for a 3 year contract. The monthly monitoring cost was less than our previous provider! We found CSP to be thoroughly professional, very knowledgeable, honest and candid, reliable products and great customer service. They sent a senior technician to do the work and he was terrific. So much better than dealing with the phone companies or other alarm companies. Glad we made the switch. The $46 cost indicated is our monthly monitoring fee for full monitoring (break-in, fire, carbon monoxide) and access to smart home features on their phone app.

We had been with an alarm co for over 15 years, dutifully paying an ever increasing monthly fee, and never receiving any sort "value added" advice or service. When we approached them about upgrading from our hard telephone line based system, we were unimpressed with their proposal: large up front costs, and not even an app-based solution....for that, would have to pay an even higher up front fee! We got the message, and began the search for a new security partner. CSP emerged as a wonderful alternative, with Heather being a very pleasant person to deal with, taking time to explain everything to my wife who had taken the lead on this issue for us, and then Rabah, the Installation Tech, who absolutely astounded us with his professionalism and thoroughness. Rare is it that one has an experience with an onsite technician where the person is knowledgable and incredibly generous with his/her knowledge and time in a way that makes one feel as though their business is truly valued; in fact, rare is it that techs even show up "onsite" anymore. This Canadian Company excels at being different by doing things the way we remember them being done, the way we want them to be done, and should be rewarded for doing so with our business.

While we are brand new customers.....we would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a reputable, customer-focused, Canadian-based and Canadian-owned company for their home security needs.

Our install happened 2 days after determining CSP was the right provider for us. Rabah showed as scheduled, walked us through our security options, determined the correct equipment with placement in the most inconspicuous spots. He didn’t hand us a manual…he helped us set up our app, walked us through the options and gave pointers based on his own system experience. Rabah represented Canadian Security Professionals in every way…he was a true PROFESSIONAL.

The real test of Rabah’s teaching came at bedtime…there were no bells, no whisles and NO FLASHING LIGHTS at my front door.
