Technician (Dustin I think) was communicable, efficient and knowledgeable. And he dealt well with a plumber who was a piece of work. I appreciated his willingness to explain the rationale for what he was doing.

We install the heat pump and they hook up the electricity its a beautiful relationship

There was a ground and reverse polarity issue which the electrician resolved in a half hour. He arrived on time and was polite, knowledgeable and professional.
