This past year, I had the fortune of finding iPLUMB on Homestars. I had a number of plumbing jobs that needed to be done (i.e. toilets replaced...underground water pipes replaced, etc.) and no matter how big or how small the job was, the service, to date, has been outstanding. A special thanks to Johnny and Charlie whose service is excellent. The people at iPLUMB are always punctual...the quality of their work is superior...and they know how to treat the customer and be attentive to the customer's needs. I recommend them very highly to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Don't bother calling anyone else ... seriously! After receiving multiple quotes we chose iPlumb - they were not the cheapest quote but I am sure we saved money by going with them in the end. They also honoured the quote - no surprises. We had 3 plumbers show up to complete the job - they stayed for 5 hours and when they left it was as if they had never been there - they even swept up mess they didn't make! We had gutted our kitchen and needed new plumbing hook ups for everything - with iPlumb the process was seemless. We also needed a new toilet plumbed to an existing cast iron stack - nothing was too much trouble. We had an "old house" plumbing surprise, but the crew returned the next business day to fix it. A friend had some work done by iplumb and had referred the company to me when I needed some unclogging done in my bathroom sink and tub. A plumber was at my house the same day I made the call, and was very efficient. He was very professional and clean, and got the job done right. In a few months I would like to completely redo my basement washroom, and I will most definitely give the job to iplumb inc. I recommend the company to all of you who want or need a reliable plumbing company.

My three year old dropped his hard plastic round toy and flushed. After several days of snaking through with no success, I gave iPLUMB a call. What I received was top notch work from these guys who knew what they were doing; iPLUMB are a guys of professionals. They used high-def camera to ensure nothing was stuck in th main pipe, which thankfully, it wasn't. They yanked the toilet, turned it upside down, took out the culprit, and then placed it back in one piece. I honestly can't remember what I was charged... I think it was around 180 bucks... but do know that they were very reasonable. Highly recommended to others.

Was very respectful and communicated well. Job was done in timely manner and reasonably priced. Able to answer any questions and gave alot of good ideas for job propasals.Will definately use again and in fact, will remain our regular plumber for our household

I had called another plumbing company to snake the drains in my basement. They were there for 20 minutes and told me everything was fixed, but when they left i realized it was still the same. I then called iplumb who came by and did a camera inspection of my drains and found severe tree roots growing through the pipe. I decided to re-do the drains and iplumb was the company i chose for the job, they were great and honest workers!

I had my basement redone by a general contractor who said he does it all. He renovated my whole basement and did a pretty good job on everything except the plumbing and electrical aspect. I had problems with the drains on the toilet and tub from the day he finished. I kept getting frustrated and once i payed him all the money he was impossible to get a hold of. Finally i gave up and decided to get a PROFESSIONAL plumber to come in and fix whatever needed to be fixed, so i could finally have my fully functional washroom working properly. I checked a few companies and found iPLUMB which had a really good reputation. They came in and identified the disaster that the original general contractor did. They had to break up my brand new floor and re-do all the drains properly and to code. The general contractor also left old lead pipes in the ceiling which had a slow leak through one of the joints ruining my brand new drywall. It was a mess and such a nightmare. Thankfully i hired the right contractors this time and i could not be any happier with iPLUMB. Johny and Charlie were super polite, clean on all work they did and explained everything along the way. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done the right way. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work and dedication to get the job done.

I just had a cabana built for my pool and wanted to add a washroom to it so the kids could stop tracking dirt water and mud inside the house. I didn't know if it was possible so I looked on homestars and found iPlumb. There were exceptionally polite and extremely knowledgeable. They answered all my questions I had and did there job quickly and cleanly. When the plumbing inspector came he had no problems passing it and even mentioned that the plumbers did a really good job.
