Based on fellow reviewers, decided to call Joel for an evaluation on water that was retained in our basement installation and backyard. Overall, fantastic service. Was prompt in contacting us back, very thorough in identifying potential causes/problems, knowledgeable and professional, and very friendly. I would definitely recommend his service to others.

Joel and his team did a brilliant job in cleaning up serious water damage in our home. He was extremely professional, thorough and executed to the "T" everything that was required. We came across some mold in our basement while cleaning a flood. Turns out the problem had been ongoing. The condo manager said "just clean it with bleach". When talking to Joel Nelson from PuroClean I asked him if this was a correct way to solve the problem. He let us know that bleach doesn't get rid of mold. It needs to be cut out. He came over to look at it and took care of cutting out the mold and disposing it. Afterwards he sprayed a product that was natural and not chemical. We have two children who enjoy playing in the basement and now I can rest knowing the problem has been removed (and the origins of water seepage has also been corrected). I called a few places and PuroClean had the most reasonable price. Joel was very friendly and let us know what was going on! Thanks!
