We had a longstanding musty basement smell issue. Adam and his team attended promptly and completed a thorough examination of the room. They carefully removed drywall and fixtures, cleaned, arranged for spray-foam and rebuilt the area as if nothing had occurred. Adam is very responsive, his team is courteous and extremely clean. It is my second time using Puroclean and I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

The workers arrived on time and were very kind. They cleaned all their workspaces after completing the project and mitigation. They took time to cover all furniture and photos / TVs to ensure cleanliness throughout their work. I would recommend this company for mitigation and restoration projects.

The dishwasher failed creating a flood in the kitchen.
Adam and his team jumped into action quickly, professionally and efficiently. They determined the areas that were the wettest and concentrated the emergency work there. The situation was brought under control with minimal damage and disruption.

Adam and the team at PuroClean were awesome to work with for renovating our primary bathroom shower. They managed all of the subcontractors and we are very pleased with the work they did.

Had a shower leak and extensively damage 1st floor. Puroclean responded fast and professionally. Doug manged the job really well, working with our insurance company and especially with the challenges of COVID. We weren't happy with the work the painters did but Doug responded appropriately and made sure everything was right.
