From the estimate stage to completion of reroofing on my house including cleaning upon completion was done professionally. The crew and the supervising staff was very courteous and responsive to any question raised during the work.

From initial contact through completion project was performed on time and in a professional manner. Quality of the final product was excellent as was clean up of the site. Any isssues were dealt with promptly and satisfactorily.

I would highly recommend Turnbull roofing for many reasons: Their price was highly competitive. They tarped a leaky roof for us and bumped us up from 6 weeks to 3 weeks. The crew was pleasant and professional and the clean up was fantastic. It was a 2 day job yet they cleaned up after day one as if the job was finished--so clean. The roof looks great ( and no more leaks). We have had many compliments and have recommended Turnbull to friends and neighbours. Well done!!!

Turnbull Roofing did an excellent job for us. Chris did a thorough job of walking us through the process and the options for our roof. We received a very competitive quote and after a lot of research on company and product determined that they were the right company for us. The appointment was made and crew showed up early in the morning as promised. The guys on the crew were great, very accommodating, worked very hard and completed the project in two days. Chris Phelps came to our place and gave us a reasonable quote, managed our expectations as to when work would begin and how long it would last.

The crew's foreman Mark (don't know if that's his correct title) was on site at least once a day ensuring things were being done up to their company's standards, and patiently answered a lot of questions for me.

The crew itself showed up early each day, was extremely friendly and really worked well together. I mentioned something I had concerns about the skylights leaking and a short time later, they said that it wasn't the roof or skylights, but the glazing on the skylights needed sealing and they did it! It was a quick job for them, but it made a lot of difference for us.

One of the crew with whom I spoke said that the crew worked hard, and the company treated their people really well, and would never work for another company again if it were up to him. I was quite impressed by his sincere dedication to the company. If you treat your people well, they will do their best! Needless to say, I have full confidence in their work, and if something does happen some time in the future, based on their transparency and reviews on Homestars, I'm sure they would handle any issue that were to come up.

Mark gave me a few tips I found helpful:
1) if you have your garage being redone, and you have an open roof with cars inside, take them out to prevent dust and sawdust from falling on the cars.
2) If you have antiques or paintings on the walls, loose fittings can be knocked loose during the hammering, so you should secure those if in doubt. (In our case a small plastic light cover in the bathroom fell off and I realized when I put it back on that it was barely hanging on in the first place).
3) If you have a warped roof, this is often the plywood, roofing on top of it won't straighten it out: it needs to be replaced.

Given some of the bad reviews I've read about some other roofing companies, we spent a lot of time researching companies as well as roofing options. Time well spent, and we feel we made the right choice.

If you are looking to repair your roof,you need not look any far there than Turnbull Roofing.The quotes where very reasonable with other companies.We chose Turnbull for price,customer relationship,timeing and quality of product.Work was done in a reasonable time frame,2 Days Good sized roof.Clean up was exceptional.First day tarps layed around house for old shigles and nails when done for the day removed.Day 2 same procedure,finale clean up I found 2 roofing nails they missed in the grass.No debrie found in my neighboures property.

Norm and his Team were EXCELLENT!!! They arrived around 7 am as they promised, and began working. They explained what they were doing upfront and before dawn, they had replaced the entire roof. What was more amazing, is that other than the better quality roof, no one would have known that any work was done, as they cleaned up nicely; not a single nail or scrap on the grass. Excellent job guys. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a quality job done.

Chris Jones the estimator was accommodating to our schedule when making an appointment to give us a quote. He explained everything in detail as we knew nothing about roof replacement. He also followed up after the job was complete to ensure we were happy. The employees that were here the day of the roofing job were very accommodating. I was able to safely access my house several times throughout the day. Everything was complete in a timely manner and the our yard was tidy from debris. Great Job! Thank you!
