Sem’s Moving is the best moving company I ever used! I want to start from mentioning the high level customer service that was provided to me when our family has to move from Toronto to Montreal.
I received all the necessary information about the cost of the moving process to the time that moving will be done. I received the information that my move will cost approx. 1400$ and I payed exactly 1350$. So, everything was fair. The customer service was nice and polite so we decided to work with this company. It was the first time when I enjoyed the moving process; the movers were nice and friendly. They met all our requirements and satisfied the needs, the stuff was moved without any problems. The price was the one estimated. Thank you, Sem’s Moving!

I moved recently from SE to NE Calgary and was really pleased with Sem's Moving. The movers who picked up my furniture were very professional and courteous, worked tirelessly to finish the move. Nothing was broken. They clearly care about quality service. I would use them again.

I am a 72-year old senior who has had over 32 moves in the last 25 years, so I feel I am qualified to give a testimonial. I speak the truth when I say this was the best move ever! Note: I've had some really bad movers in the past.
The two movers were professional, extremely fast, organized, had a great
sense of humour, were totally reassuring and the move was completely stress
free for me. The service given to me by both the office and movers was
absolutely outstanding. I received confirmation calls and the movers were
spot on time taking only 5 hours to pickup and offload my stuff (and there
was a lot). If I ever move again I'll be sure to call and without hesitation

I Moved with Sem's Moving and Storage last week from Kingston to Toronto. It was a very pleasant experience. I booked movers online and communicated almost all the time via email. Thanks to good customer service i received all the necessary documents. The movers arrived earlier then i expected. They helped me with last packing and started loading right away. It was same day move. No damage, no lost items, no extra fee! It couldn't be better! Thank you again, i do recommend Sem's Moving to anyone i know.

Fast.Polite.Carefull.Sem's Moving. This is what I want to say about them since the guys know definitely what they're doing and what are their targets. Although I know that I might be picky what's regarding my stuff but how much I'd want to I could not say anything to any of the team members. It was first time I was moving and after one of a moving company canceled the move 1 day before the only company that wanted to take my move with such a short notice it was Sem's. Thanks again for your customer service and I'll let everyone know that you're the best.

After getting ridiculous quotes from other movers that quoted over $1000 for a local small move. I found the SEMS guys and there was no negotiation, hidden fees or headaches. They showed up on time and charged us what we had agreed on. Final cost ??? $400.
They were great very nice and efficient and very very affordable. Will use them next time for my next move in December.

The quote was very atractive and I could not have asked for a smoother move from Sem's Moving and Storage then i had this time!! This was my third time using Sem's Moving and we only needed movers for 3 hours. I checked with other companies and it was so complicated to book for only 3 hours as paying hourly is the best. Sems moving team accepted to accommodate my request. The staff was always friendly and very knowledgeable about service they provide. Highly recommend and will use again.

From the first time when i contacted movers i got this "friendly touch", reps were knowledgeable and very helpful. The trucks were immaculate, and the drivers Alex and Mark that brought the truck to my house and delivered all the furniture and other stuff to my other house were polite, and unbelivable helpful. I would absolutely recommend Sem's Moving and Storage to anyone planning a long distance move.
