Excellent service and did a great job, cleaning all debris up afterwards. They even removed a dead branch that I'd forgotten to mention. They knew exactly what had to be done and did it efficiently.
My only "criticism" was that it took two months to get them out to do the work because they were so busy this year!

I recently had Advanced Tree Care cut down two large maple trees on my property in Kettleby. Anthony and his crew arrived on time and worked professionally throughout the entire time they were here. Their use of the boom truck to take down each tree ensured that they were felled with complete care and safety. All brush and small limbs was run through the chipper while larger limbs and trunk sections loaded on their trailer with a small boom truck. Every spec of debris was then raked up and taken away.
I was greatly impressed with every interaction that I had with the staff of Advanced Tree Care and would definitely hire them again for other tree projects and recommend them to others.

We have used Advanced Tree Care many times and each time Kevin's crews have been polite, professional and very hard working. They removed our dead mountain ash and planted a new serviceberry all in less than 3 hours.

What a delightful, energetic, knowledgeable, professional team. Right from the first meeting with Andrew to inspect our tree which was in a very difficult spot to cut, the speedy and reasonable quote, getting a permit, and finally the end of the project, this team was exceptional. The arborists worked quickly and efficiently cutting, cleaning and stacking as they progressed through the job protected and self distancing all the time, during the height of COVID. This guys know they do! We used their service a couple of weeks ago and were satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a tree job large or small.

I have a large linden tree in my backyard which was overgrown and overhanging the roof of my house and my neighbour backyard. The crew at Advanced Tree Care did a very efficient and proffessional job in pruning the overhanging branches and removing all the dead limbs and branches as well as doing a through clean up job afterwards. Very pleased with the result.

Easy to work with, professional. Arrived on time, the crew worked with great teamwork, every one doing their job. Great set of people. They also did work at my parent’s home. Took down dead trees, dead branches, trimmed trees, fertilized trees, sprayed trees, cleaned up after the cutting etc.

The trees were assessed, then only the trees that needed fertilizer were done. I appreciate that there was no push to do any extra work. The technician was friendly and polite and efficient. Thank you so much!

Tulip tree was not looking healthy this year. Late frost and snow storm in April/May might have been the reason.
Advance Tree Care suggested a deep fertilizing to help it recover.
They were quick, efficient and polite! Would highly recommend them.

Awesome team!  Great job!  Met Kevin at the National Home Show and was impressed with his professional knowledge and solution suggestions regarding the overgrown Linden trees in our townhouse courtyard.  Andrew walked through the complex with me to assess the environment, understand our goals and explain service offerings.  Within 24 hours, he provided a detailed, competitive quote that included reduction pruning, crown elevation and removal/stump grinding for 63 trees.  Both were quick to respond to any concerns and very accommodating in making revisions to the quotation.       

The crew were friendly, courteous and efficient throughout the scheduled 3 day project.  They explained their pruning process, promptly removed all the fallen branches/debris and did an excellent site clean up.  The team checked with me at the end of each day to confirm what had been done on the trees and made sure we didn't have any issues.  Despite a few challenges with rain & equipment, they even managed to complete the job a day early.

The expertise, teamwork and commitment to their customers is exemplified with the fantastic results of their tree services in our courtyard.  They exceeded our expectations and the townhouse owners love the brightness of the sunshine entering our windows.  We highly recommend the team at Advance Tree Care and will be calling again for future tree services.  Thank you!!!
