Eko Couture Custom Drapes

EkoCouture has installed custom drapes, sheers and roller blinds in my own condo and 3 rental units. They are fast in the quote process, delivery and installation. They are committed to stand behind their product and service. After a few months I requested a slight adjustment on the length of a black-out drape (wanted it to be a bit longer). They came to remove, adjust and re-install without hesitation. EkoCouture is my preferred supplier for window treatments and I highly recommend working with them.

We again used the services of this company after 2 years, to add some blinds to our living room. They had our records from past and they immediately connected with us. They suggested the right type of blinds for the balcony and fitted them within 2 weeks. Excellent service as always - on time, quality work, and well within budget!

Recently Viggo and Irene sold me drapes. They took the time to come to my condo in The Thompson Hotel Residences to really help me determine what would look best. They helped me select the most beautiful floor to ceiling drapes. Viggo came to install them and I have never been happier to walk into my condo! The drapes provide incredible blackout coverage of the sun in addition to providing some noise protection. If you are looking for the best in drapery look no further than Irene and Viggo and Ekocouture!

EkoCouture did an outstanding job with our custom made bedroom drapes-we were so pleased. The material is gorgeous, the selection of fabrics was good and the quality was excellent. Even more important, the service was top notch-very helpful in explaining the options and installation was quick, and well done. Pricing was very reasonable, considering the quality of product and superiority of service.

Irene and Viggo are both a pleasure to work with. From measurements to advice on fabric choices to installation, they were both helpful, on time and on budget. After being so happy with our condo installation, they agreed to drive north to our cottage to take care of our requirements there (above and beyond). Professional and friendly service. Very professional staff. Friendly, punctual(very, very punctual) and honest about their products with both pros and cons. We did two very large windows and three smaller ones. They are attentive to the little details too like where the chain falls on the door with a roller.

We had to leave our beautiful custom drapes from EkoCouture behind when we sold our house in Toronto last year. We didn't know if they would travel to our new house east of the city, but they came out, measured, helped us figure out best plan for drapes and blinds, and then exactly two weeks later came back and installed our whole house. Everything was perfect, and very reasonable price especially for the quality (I got a quote for drapes in our new small town location and it was substantially higher). Very happy.
