We bought a showhome in Okotoks. Quality of home is great! I love the exterior of this home, its very grand looking, Layout is fantastic!

I like the Westview Builder's professional job. some other things are not finished yet but still they are looking after. they seem to have a very good responsibility.

West view supplied new, quick-possession home complete with with follow-up warranty support to address minor issues identified during first month of ownership. West view was reasonably responsive to schedule the walk throughs and site repairs and the work was completed without issue.

Not good service at all.They promise you a lot but nothing really happens after you give them deposit.Move in time is late by 2 months.No customer service. Disappointing. Away from them

We have moved in our house almost 18 month ago and there has been some issues with the house that they agreed to fix under warranty.
I have been following up on them and they seem they do not care about their customers/promises what so ever.
Recently (early October), I sent them the list of works they had agreed already to fix and I was told that my email was sent to Mark Stillman, the WestView warranty manager, to follow them up personally. But, guess what. I have been never contacted regarding them since then.

I am wondering if I can get them fixed and send them the receipts and ask them to reimburse me for the cost?

WestView Builders is the worst. Absolutely terrible customer service with cheap, shady tactics. We fought with WestView every step of the entire process. I saved over $35,000 by fixing their mistakes, catching double billing and fighting for reimbursement that was clearly written in black and white. In the end, they stalled on fixing deficiencies so that the 1 year warranty would pass so now they don't have to fix them. Every one of my neighbors who built with WestView had similar problems. Terrible communication, painfully slow and questionable ethics. They do not care one bit about customer service or satisfaction. I would never recommend anyone build a home with WestView.

Westview has demonstrated on multiple occasions a total lack of customer service and integrity. Our roof was installed with over 60' of damaged flashing which we discovered after it began to leak. Westview refuses to show some integrity and stand behind their work instead they hide behind their one year warranty and constantly look for ways to avoid doing the right thing. The progressive warranty they give you is total garbage as that company manages to provide worse service than Westview. There are many fine builders that stand behind their product in Calgary but Westview is not one of them. I strongly recommend finding a different company to build your home. Any company who's mentality is to immediately look for a reason to say no should not, and I believe will not last. Especially one that doesn't start saying no until after they have your money.
