I paid for this service to see what it was like! If they had turned up I would be able to pass comment!
Not heard from them at all and I'm still trying to get my money back! Waste of time and effort !

I have arranged for several cleaners to come by on occasion to clean my house and they rarely show up. MM not only showed up but they were on time, got right to work, VERY thorough and extremely pleasant and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to say they were the best yet!

I bought Groupon vouchers from this company for two sessions of 3 hours each. The first appt was cancelled, rescheduled and then unattended by them!! They finally came about a week later at a different time than scheduled but i let them in anyway! There were 4 of them so they were in for about 40 mins......one set herself the task of the microwave which i had not instructed for them but was told "its dirty"! They cleaned well but stumbled over each other doing pretty much what they felt needed doing!
The second visit resulted in a broken light fixture which they did not inform me or the office about! Six months later and many unreturned calls and emails later I am still out of pocket!!!!
DO NOT use this company!

I first used mango Maids about a year ago when I had been very sick and needed some help. the service was excellent and the cleaning job was outstanding. I was so impressed I bought my boyfriend a gift certificate for Christmas for him to use when he wanted. it was for 3 hours cleaning which translates to 2 cleaners for 1.5 hours. I will never ever use them again... nor will my BF. He called to make the booking and told them he had a gift certificate. fine. he then received a call telling him he had to pay a deposit. He reminded them about the gift certificate next he gets a call telling him owes for the GST and they asked for his credit card # - they should have called me and or added the tax to the value to the gift certificate... next, two days before the scheduled appointment he gets an email confirming the appointment but at a much later then scheduled time. This was not acceptable as he had guests arriving from out of town. when he called they said it was moved due to staff meeting. no one called to ask or advise, they just changed it. He insisted that they honour the original time and two very competent and friendly cleaners arrived at the originally scheduled time. However they advised him that was going to have to pay for he extra hour and half? what extra hour and 1/2? the poor girl was put in a very difficult situation by her administration. she and her co-worker were booked for 6 hours of cleaning instead of 3 ( 3 hours instead of 1.5 for 2 cleaners) They did an excellent job and and left at the originally agreed upon and paid for 3 hours ( 1.5 hours) BF gets his credit card statement and sees that he has been charged for the service. Now very irriate he calls the service to complain and they check the records, sure enough they see that it was gift certificate and they promise to have the charges removed... which to date they have not been. What should have been a fun , positive experience turned into a customer service nightmare. I felt terrible that my gift had turned out so badly and the whole experience was a very negative one for us both. Mango maids Calgary needs to get its business in order and train it's adminstrative and billing staff. they have lost two customers and I will never ever use them again, and I will certainly not recommend them. I hope the excellent cleaners can find employment elsewhere !

This was the first time I've had a house cleaner and only did so due to an injury, but this was such a positive experience, it won't be the last time! Imagine sitting and working while a couple efficient young men clean the house. It was great! They did a very good job and, though I'm not ready yet to leave strangers on their own in my home, I will hire them again.

Your service was sub par. 3 of you could not finish. I came home early to see help you realize that my house could be done in the time frame allotted- and found one of you on my computer (really working hard eh?). I asked that my 2.5 bathrooms be done- which you did well, to dust the house (you did a HORRIBLE job), and to do the floor (you did not even start on that- you get an F- for Floor cleaning.) im giving you a 1 star because you actually did clean the mirrors in the bathrooms.

I had family coming to stay and wanted to have the house spotless so I hired Mango Maids based on the fact we had agreed a checklist of all the jobs they would complete during the cleaning. The 2 cleaners were supposed to bring this checklist with them. When they arrived they did not have it. They commented that the house seemed clean enough and why did I need to hire them. They were supposed to spend 4 hours but left after 3 and did not dust the blinds which was one of the agreed tasks. After they left I realised they had mopped my washroom floor but without sweeping up the debris first!

I bought a dealfind voucher, as well added services to this promo. They were quite nice, however the cleaning and services were average at best. They were to do a move in clean which included the floors, cabinetry, base boards, blinds, etc. I found that the work they did was solid in some respects but very poor in others. I feel that the extra charges they made were unreasonable and expensive. All in all the work was fine, but the cost was not worth it.

I have been a bi-weekly Mango Client (now weekly) for over 3 years now. They are always extremely friendly and thorough and are very open to feedback & suggestions. I have worked with many different cleaning companies over the years and would be hesitant to recommend most however I would recommend Mango in a heartbeat!

All mango staff and esp. their amazing cleaners one of my good friend gave me some voucher from living social for a gift I always go out of town it's just my wife with two boys and 11 month old my princess of course what do I have to expect its just my wife and help from our family if needed the house was a mess so I remember my voucher my friend gave me I call them and right a way the stuff is happy to assist me bec. It's my first time and it cost cheap for 5 hrs. Cleaning right so I grab it their cleaners come at time oh! I think 10mis. Early even it's cold and snowing so bad their cleaners was so polite great us with smile even their hands are shaking there compose of 3 people and I'm so happy they explain to me in details about the voucher that I have and they ask me if their any specific that me and my wife to detail in just 1.40 mins. each people they amazed me they know what their doing, theist very organized and professional I'm watching them every time I see them their smiling and my two boys play with them while their asking what they want in their room they know how to interact with people of the house even with our small puppy now I'm their regular client it's my especial treat for my loving wife that take care of my 3 precious kids that god gave me I recommend this mango cleaners they know what they do and you can see they love their job and now I'm planning to get their service in carpet cleaning and it's cheap the most of all they give us smile on their face I bet you must try their service and you'll never regret it!
