Max is simply the best. We bought a pre-construction home a few years ago and our air conditioner stopped working in 2019. We called Max and he came the next day, said it was a simple issue that he could resolve quickly, and that there was no need to replace the whole air conditioner. His honesty, professionalism and kindness is rare nowadays in this industry, as we had bought the air conditioner from another company previously who sold us an expensive air conditioner that was only suitable for a townhouse and not a house. A few days ago, our air conditioner broke down again. Max came and advised he can fix it and it can possibly last a few months but that’s it. We trusted Max so we went with purchasing a brand new air conditioner from him. From installation and completion everything was flawless. We have a working air conditioner again and we have Max to thank for helping us out on the hottest day thus far this year. Highly recommend him, we will continue to find Max for all our air conditioning needs in the years to come. Thank you Max! You are amazing!

We have worked with the Aire Max team on a number of occasions for both furnace and air conditioner projects and would happily work with them again in the future and recommend them to others. Last week, they installed a new AC unit for us, and did a fantastic job. Requested help late evening and Max was there first thing in the morning to help. He diagnosed the problem and provided several recommendations, and was very understanding of the repair versus replace decision chosen for the time being.

My old air conditioner was in need of replacing. I contacted Aire Max and Max cam right away. He advised me on the correct unit to have for the size of my house and answered my questions. My furnace broke down. Called AireMax as was well reviewed. Max gave me a quote over the phone. I decided to to have a new furnace installed rather than repair my older unit. Max and his partner came the same day and installed the new furnace and filter housing unit. Great work and great price. I would definitely recommend Max.

We had an ancient AC and furnace that were begging to retire, and Max installed new ones in such an efficient and timely manner. He also installed a new drain pump, a humidifier, and a filer for us and and answered countless questions for us. After they are done, they cleaned the area so well, maybe cleaner than before, which we really appreicaciate. Thank you so much!

I needed a new AC unit and called a few companies for quotes. I went with Aire Max and he was professional and Knowledgeable. He cam on time and within a few hours had the new AC installed. I would highly recomend Aire Max.

I called Aire Max because my furnace blower motor was starting to make some strange grating sounds and it was also trying to cycle at low speed even when the furnace was off. Max showed up within 2 hours of my call and quickly diagnosed the issue. It looked like I was facing a very expensive repair or just having to replace the furnace entirely. However, thanks to Max, he took the time to run the serial number of my furnace and found that I had just over 2 weeks remaining on my 10-year warranty (something that completely escaped my mind)! This covered all the parts needed for repair and left me with a much smaller bill for his labour. Max was back the next day with all the parts, carried out the repair, and my furnace is now as good as new. I can’t compliment Max enough and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aire Max to any family and friends in need of a good HVAC guy.

Christmas Day 2020. Realized the hot water was running out. Tried to restart the pilot light but no luck. Called Max (yes, on Christmas night!) and he answered! He was able to come by the next day, and figured out a replacement part was needed. Remember, this is in the middle of holidays! Once Christmas, Boxing Day, and the weekend passed, Max was able to obtain the replacement part and come back to to complete the repair. It's been working great since. Great job!
