We called Manny after having removed a wall in our basement that lead to a thick layer of dust all over our house. We decided after the fact to test for asbestos and found asbestos in our plaster walls.
Manny came to take a look and made us feel very confident that everything would be taken care and we could get back in our house quickly.
Manny brought his crew in a few days a did a thorough Type III abatement in our basement and a Type II clean up over the entire house.
What an amazing job. Everything was spotless when we got back in. We were very happy and felt comfortable coming back in after he tested multiple sites in our house for clean air.
It passed no problem. The basement was spotless and was left for a complete renovation in perfect condition.

My furnace stopped working and I contacted Enbridge for a repair estimate. They came by my house and said I would need to remove the asbestos from the pipes from the furnace room before they could replace the furnace. They provided me with the contact info for Manny from GreenStream Environmental. I called them right away and explained the situation. It was obvious that he understood my urgency and knew exactly what needed to be done, and what documentation  I  would need to provide to Enbridge to prove it was done correctly. He came by my house that same evening, gave me an estimate and we scheduled the job for the next day. It was a one day job, and at the end the provided me with the receipts and paperwork. The furnace was installed the following day. All the paperwork was in order. Great job/service.

During a recent cleanup of our cold cellar my wife discovered moiuld and was quite concerned. I went online and spoke with Gilbert from Greenstream. He stopped by our house that same afternoon and had a crew working on it the next day.

I had a leak in the water main which lead to mould growth. I called greenstream to come and do an assessment and they came the next day. They explained very simply what needed to get done and even coordinated with the plumber so that the water main could get fixed as they were doing the removal. This all happened while me and my family were away on vacation and we came home to a clean house and no more leaky water main.
