Craft Electrical Ltd.

We had Les Novak from Craft Electrical Ltd. install three newly-purchased lighting fixtures (and a heavy mirror) last week and are very happy with the outcome. Les was courteous, efficient and very meticulous in performing the work. He came to our house to check the items to be installed before giving us a quote. He was very patient in answering all our questions and gave a reasonable quote. When he came back to install the fixtures, the process took much longer than we expected but we realized that it was because he wanted to ensure that everything was done properly, safely and in accordance with our specifications. He even came back the following day to finish the job on a chandelier which needed smaller nuts and bolts. He clearly took his time to ensure not only that the fixtures were properly installed but also that they were clean and spotless. We will be happy to hire the services of Les again and to recommend him to everyone we know who will need an electrician.

I emailed Les pictures of where the chandeliers are currently located and pictures of where we want to put...within an hour, I received an email quote and we agreed on the date and everything just went seamless...Very professional..fair and great/clean job. Well done Les! Highly recommended.
