We hired Andrei to refinish a floor in our Yorkville townhouse, and couldn't be happier with the finished floor. As a builder, my husband is very aware of deadlines which we were facing in this project. What more can I say about Andrei and Tip Top flooring. He is truly an exceptional and totally honest professional and a problem solver. He re-stained my red oak floors to a lighter shade and was so patient. Initially I was worried about going from very dark wood floors to a lighter color but Andrei and Eric worked together to get the lighter shade. They did it in the exact time frame stated even though they were so busy and even came after the project was done to do touch ups. I've worked with a lot of contractors and I would highly recommend Andrei and his team.

We hired Tip Top Flooring to install new parquet flooring in a room in our condo that had been carpeted. We wanted to match the parquet flooring in the remainder of the condo, to keep true to its mid century modern feel. Very few companies are able or willing to source parquet, but Andrei obtained it for us, and did a custom stain to match the rest of the flooring. He was really professional to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend Andrei and his team!

Our old strip flooring was very worn out and in need of refinishing. I contacted Andrei for a quote and he got back to me right away and was at my house to do an estimate the next day. The quote was very reasonable so we went ahead with the project. Andrei was just as attentive and professional through the project as he was during quoting, it was on time and on budget and the final results were incredible. This our 2nd time using Andrei and his team and they are always such a pleasure to work with. We removed some carpet upstairs and the team came in and installed high quality vinyl planks and quarter round, they had everything completed in just one day! Andrei assessed their condition; provided expert advice on the best and most cost-effective process for staining the floors; and came up with creative solutions for bringing a cohesive look to three different types of wood (main floor, stairs and second floor).
