They were very helpful and completed the job fast and efficient. They were consensus and well prepared for the job at hand. I was very pleased with everything that they were hired to do. They pricing was fair.

Adrian and his team were incredibly easy to work with. They were punctual, efficient and very hard working. They had to work around our other contractors and appliances, lay new floor and do some repairs along the way and all of the work was done with great care and attention to detail. Work was done around our schedule, sometimes late into the evening. They were on time, on budget and just a pleasure to work with. We ended up sanding and staining 1300 sq ft of oak floor (which was no less than 4 different colours from the factory), 4 stairs, and 4 pine beams in our sunroom.

I would not hesitate to recommend Tip Top to anyone in the GTA.

TipTop Flooring is top quality and great value. TipTop Flooring did a wonderful job installing engineered hardwood floor throughout the first floor of our Annex home. The team was professional, courteous and delivered a wonderful project on time and on budget. The job was not without complexity, requiring leveling in certain areas and parts of the floor needing glue, etc. We look forward to working with the TipTop Flooring team again when we tackle our second floor!

I just wanted to say that TipTop Flooring provided extremely good service, a high quality product and highly focused workmanship. Adrian was always checking up and kept in regular contact throughout the entire installation. We also had TipTop install maple stairs on our staircase, which was a more complex job well done. I would certainly use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

I have now used Tip Top Flooring twice in the last five years. I am so impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, honesty and communication! Adrian has been so easy to work with. But the very best thing about this company, is how they do floors! I own a dance studio and my floors need to be redone quite regularly. We had hardwood installed on the entire second floor as well as the staircase. We are very impressed with the work that Adrian and his team did! Our house looks amazing! They are very professional, easy to get in touch with and they completed the job in the time frame that they stated from the beginning.They removed old hardwood floor, install the new one and new baseboards, remove carpet stairs and install new hardwood stairs and stained them in a color matching perfectly the floor.
We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

They put down 2 types of flooring, engineered and natural wood flooring. One the varithained the other they oiled. Cost was as quoted, came when they said. they did a very good job.

They quoted a fair price to refinished the stairs going to the basement. They were very reliable and quick. Came when they said they would and finished when they said they would. Cleaned up upon completetion, very happy over all.

Very happy with the new floors, beautiful. Excellent job, will have them back again to do more flooring. Price was fair. they were very fast, and cleaned up after themselves.
