We were referred to Rent WOW!!! by another real estate colleague who was very happy with the products and service. On my first contact with Sara she was very helpful and guided me through the whole process and provide professional staging advice and recommendations. From start to finish, ordering to delivery to pick up, everything was seamless. We had a hiccup with one of our listings when the furniture arrived it didn't fit and they were very accommodating in making changes in time for the listing date. We have used Rent WOW!!! a few times and will continue do so. The quality of products and service certainly makes a positive impact on the listing and I believe the sales price. I was looking for furniture to stage a $2.7 model home, and most of what I had found was not suitable. I found Rent WOW!!! over the internet, made the call to set up an appointment, and was very pleased that Elena was there to help me. You were very patient with me in helping me become familiar with your inventory and processess. I believe I could now order over the internet many items needed for my next staging project.You were patient with me from the beginning - as other items became available, I changed my mind by adding and deleting items originally selected. You and I walked through the showroom many times so that you could point out items that would work with the scale and theme I had presented to you. The model home has received many compliments, and other homes are being sold off that model - in Durham Region, that's a difficult thing to do, based on price point alone. The realtors have provided very positive feedback when mentioning the staging job that was done, as prior the home was empty and did not show nearly as well. I honestly, couldn't have done this without you - my first time experience was truly awesome, and I look forward to continuing our business relationship.
