Liam and his crew did a great job re-doing our driveway and front steps. We had previously used Good Looking Homes to fence our backyard. Liam is very responsive and easy to deal with. The guys working on the driveway were great. They started on time and even worked on weekends to finish after days of rain caused delays. I highly recommend them.

Good Looking Homes came highly recommended by our landscape designer Lorne Hancock. We received several quotes for our deck and decided to go with Liam because he was super responsive, had great recommendations for what we should do and his price was competitive. The team worked hard everyday and always cleaned up at the end of each day they were on the job. They were very professional and finished the project on time. We were especially happy with how accommodating Liam was with our very last minute change to use glass for our railing vs wood. We also ended up having the team put in deck lights that required some electrical work and they had no problems with it. We highly recommend Good Looking Homes and look forward to finally enjoying our backyard this summer.

Called Liam and two other contractors for quotes on a deck and fence. Liam was the first one to call back and made a trip over the same day to look at the job. He is extremely responsive - quick and thorough and was able to give me a quote within a few days of our meeting. His quote did not come in as the cheapest nor the most expensive but mostly I liked his customer focus and responsiveness. He also provided references. He gave me an approximate start date, was easy to reach for questions and or design discussions before and throughout the project. His crew were also great group of guys, also good at answering any questions I had and the work they did was quality and was completed exactly as planned, on time and on budget. Great company and I would not hesitate to highly recommend to anyone I know who needs either a deck or a fence or both.

Having done my research by approaching several companies in the GTA for quotes, we settled on Good Looking Homes (GLH) because of how Liam approached our project. He was eager to help us build the fence we wanted to build, and his product knowledge was fantastic. I couldn't say the same for others we met with. From initial consultation through to final payment, Liam was professional, accomodating, and transparent. He helped me to engage our neighbour and ended up doing some work for her as well......this was an important aspect of the project. Design changes along the way could have presented roadblocks but Liam expertly navigated each so we could end up with the fence we wanted. We're thrilled with the end result and will absolutely be speaking to Liam next year when the deck pad gets replaced. Would recommend GLH without a doubt. Wonderful experience on all fronts. We had been very pleased with Good Looking Homes (GLH) when they cleaned our deck in 2012, so we approached them again with something different.

The wood on a gatepost we had had installed in 2007 was cracking and no longer holding the screws that kept the gate in place. The installation had been done by a very good contractor and the cracking was the result of weather, ground settling, etc. over six years. Wood epoxy worked for a while but still the screws kept coming out.

At first GLH said the gate and posts would need replacing at a cost of $700 and that it would take a long time to find someone to do it during a busy time of year.

When Liam came to our place, he came up with an alternative to reposition the hinges on the other side of the gate and use different screws. That took an hour or less, at one-tenth of the cost, and it looks great. And as always, the clean-up left no trace.

That shows a lot of honesty and integrity, to do what's right instead of going for the big bucks. If that's the way they operate, Liam and Nathan will make up that money many times over with referrals and repeat business from happy customers!

My old deck and stone were in desparate need of a cleaning so I contacted Liam for an estimate. He showed up promptly, explained what would be done and delievered a tremendous product as promised.

Top notch. Fast, really friendly, and able to handle on-the-fly changes. We love our deck, and we even had them do a wheelchair ramp which they'd never done before. Great job. Full marks.

We used to have a backyard fence that was literally falling over piece by piece. We hired Good Looking Homes to take down the old fence, remove a tree, and build a new fence in its place, along with a new gate to match.

Liam and his team worked with us to determine the size and style of fence that we wanted, then (after some weather-related delays) got the fence done exactly the way we wanted.

All through the process, Liam kept us in the loop on progress, and potential issues that came up during the work. We are very happy with the result, and we would happily recommend them to others, and use them again on future backyard projects!

We have two 5 yr old decks (front and back) that were way overdue for cleaning and sealing - Liam and his team did a great job - he responded promptly to my initial email, got me an estimate within a day or so, and the work was done within the week (we had a few days of inclement weather in between the cleaning and sealing). We are very pleased with the work, the friendly service and the price.
