Home Inspection

I needed the inspection a week in advance to meet conditions, and Terra was able to get a time set up. On the day of the inspection, she arrived early. The inspection was very thorough. She explained everything she was doing and covered all of my areas of concern.

Terra was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. Her inspection helped us feel more confident in our investment decision of our soon-to-be new home! In addition, her package includes a ton of useful information, and warranty which was a nice surprise!

Would definitely recommend for home inspections

This is the second home weve had inspected by Terra and weve been extremely happy with the results both times. Shes thorough and knowledgeable, and has helped us plan out the next few years of potential maintenance needs to help avoid surprises. Would absolutely recommend her for anyones home inspection.
