I wanted to replace the small deck off my townhouse kitchen with a composite one. I put it off for a long time as I am always fearful of unscrupulous contractors and shoddy workmanship. Dany's company was highly recommended by a friend and my wife and I are thrilled with our new deck. Dany is very personable and easygoing. He gave us a detailed estimate and the final price was the quoted price. His workmen Dino and Matt are very meticulous and tidy. The quality of their work is evident in the attached pics. My wife and I needed a quality deck built quickly and Dany and his team delivered exactly that! Dany visited our house, evaluated the site and drew up a plan right then and there. He then got back to me with quotes using different building materials and provided examples of each. Dany's builders showed up on time every morning and built a deck that exceeded our expectations. It looked better than we ever imagined.

Earlier this year Dany and his team build me a deck in my backyard, I was so happy that I had them back to replace the railing on my front porch. The front porch is quite large, about 8x20, the existing railing was wrought iron and rusted out. Dany and team build a beautiful new Teak railing with horizontal slats. Dany came to see our collapsing fence, and propped it up so that it wouldn't fall over before his crew could come. They worked quickly and efficiently and the new fence is gorgeous.

As soon as I had submitted my request to Dany's company, he responded and came out to the house the next day to give me a quote (a very reasonable one, I should add). By the next day, Dany had drawn up and forwarded a plan to me. The project was completed within a two week period, in spite of Easter interruptions. Another Danny, and his son, Tyler, did the actual construction, cheerfully incorporating any worthwhile changes.

Dany and his crew did a spectacular job despite a few challenges on our end. They replaced an existing deck on the 4th floor of an old office building in the St. Lawrence Market area as well as providing us with a lovely privacy fence. As mentioned, there were a few challenges but Dany worked through them patiently and with professionalism.
