I want to thank Ron Turnbull, Greg and Tony for the excellent work November 13 and 14 on our side wall and chimney - brick replacement and mortaring on the wall and fixing the bricks and cap on our chimney. I know how busy it is in the lead up to winter but Ron committed in October when he provided his quote that he would find time to get the work done. That gave us great comfort and he was true to his word.. When Greg and Antonio arrived I was well-pleased with their good manners, professional work and tidiness.

Turnbull were not only one of the few contractors to actually show up to do an inspection and provide an estimate, unlike some others listed in Homestars, they were straight forward, honest with what should and shouldn't be done, competitive in pricing and paid attention to detail. When the work started, during the peak season, they were diligent and had the job done relatively quickly, needing to return at a later date only for minor touch-ups. The inconvenience was minimal, the staff friendly, skilled and hard-working and they followed up well. I recommend them.

After struggling for months to nail down a contractor to help us with an odd alleyway exit repair, once we contacted Turnbull Masonry Clint was on site within a few short days to survey the site and recommend repairs. He knew exactly what needed to be done to fix and improve the original (poorly done) brickwork and even helped us find a source for parts outside of the scope of his work. Clint and his colleagues were very pleasant and punctual - overall great guys. I highly recommend Turnbull Masonry and will definitely be contacting them again for any future work.

Clint and his team are very professional and pleasant. They repaired our loose flagstones and I would use them again for any masonry work. They left a clean work site as well.

We needed about 100 bricks replaced on our circa 1888 Victorian Semi-detached home. The guys from Turnbull did a terrific job - they matched the brick nicely, cleaned up all the mess/dust, and were generally lovely to deal with and have working on our home. I would use them again without hesitation.

I would certainly recommend this company; from start to finish, their work was excellent. The communication from the office was effective (it was timely and they answered all of my questions), and the on-site workers (Tony and Greg) were a pleasure to deal with (they were punctual and, perhaps most importantly, their technical work was excellent). Price for the work done was reasonable. I would not hesitate to work with this company again.
