Yousef was refered to me by a friend who knew him very well. The project was completed within cost, in a timely manner, and professional results. Yousef and his staff are trustworthy and communication is exceptional. I work within the contractor world and found the work,customer service and consideration of the client top notch. Keep up the good work guys.

They did a really great job. I knew someone who worked at Pharaon and I needed them to do some patching of some drywall work that was previously done by another company. The price was fair, they did a great job, and I'd recommend them to others if the conversation ever came up.

I got the referral for Yosef from my general contractor. I got a few quotes first from other companies but his price was competitive and the timeline was appealing (he could do the job sooner than other companies). They took a little longer than anticipated to do the drywalling for my office, a commercial space, but I was satisfied with it.

I used Pharaon to do the drywall for the entire upper floor of my house. To be honest I wouldn't use their service again because I wasn't happy with the final product. I called up Yosef after the job was completed but he was on vacation at the time so he sent his assistant over. The assistant had attitude so I had to call up another person (and pay an extra $600) to rip down the wall and redo the work. After Yosef returned from vacation he didn't offer a refund of the $600. I'm sure he does fine work but for a large job like this it wasn't up to snuff.

They provided a fair quote for drywalling and soundproofing the bedroom of our rental unit. We needed the job done quickly and they managed to have it completed in a couple of days.

Pharaon was contracted to install drywall for the main floor and the cathedral ceilings upstairs for our renovated home in Point Grey. We were delighted with the results which included a tricky cove ceiling in the living room. Courteous, skilled and punctual. Could not ask for better.

Wasn't sure who to call to even out my walls and fix a few repairs before painting, checked out this website and saw Yosef's company Pharaon Development. Yosef came over within a day or so of calling to give me an estimate I thought the price was very fair. I actually thought it was going to be a lot more so I was very relieved it wasn’t. Yosef completed the job in 3 days about 6-7 hours total time. My walls are now completely new looking and ready to paint the one wall I thought there was no hope for looks like a brand new wall I can’t believe how smooth it is because it was so bad before. Will definitely recommend Yosef to anyone and would use him again if I have anymore drywall jobs again. Thanks

Yosef was fantastic! I had attempted to hire two other drywallers to do the job before I came across him. The first one was going to charge a lot more and the second one said the job was too difficult. When I contacted Yosef (through HomeStars) he called me back right away, had me email him pictures of the job (which was soooo much nicer than having to wait for someone to come to the house to look at the job), and gave me an estimate right away. He arrived on time and did a great job of the drywall. After being so frustrated with this project and feeling like it was never going to get done, it was so nice to come across Yosef, see the great reviews about him already, and have someone finish the job quickly and well.

After seeing the similar work done at my sisters house I was sold. Both jobs were done to perfection, on time and on budget. I was so pleased we got Yosef back for some repairs needing to be done elsewhere, and again when we did a garage / bathroom addition. Big or small, the job will be done right the first time!
