Complete Home Concepts just finished our Sunroom this week and we just can’t get over how great it looks. We wanted to write about every person we dealt with because we just can’t believe the customer service we received and honestly wanted to show our gratitude. Thank you Mel and Mario from day one for earning our trust. Mel was very knowledgeable, had great ideas and true to his word. If he said he would call or email…he always did . Mario on our first conversation on the phone was very personable and his demeanor expressed a true sense of caring. This was one of the key factors in earning our confidence with this company. Being able to communicate every step of the way with Curtis was just as important to us. It reassured us that we were always on the same page, if we couldn’t figure it out on email, he made sure he called us to get it right. They’re willingness to please the customer, was unprecedented. When it came to drawings, variance and permit, Mal was not only there with answers, but between him and Curtis, they helped us understand the process. And of course the front line guy, Brad. Hardest worker we’ve ever seen, didn’t cut corners, and didn’t take the easy way, nothing but good workmanship. He also communicated every step of the way. Honorable mention goes to Jerry the flooring guy and the electricians for work well done. Let’s not kid ourselves, nothing ever goes perfect. We had a couple of minor issues and they were right on top of it. They exceeded our expectation 110%. We highly recommend and will definitely call them for our next project.

Put doors on backwards on one side; concrete is all over the sides. Complaint w/BBB & called the main boss. No help. They took my last payment, and did not finish the job. Finally got them here and they did.VERY sloppy job! I

We were extremely happy with the quality of the four season sunroom from Patio Enclosure. The installation was flawlessly done with care. It definitely meets and exceeded our expectations. Also, we have very positive experience working with everyone at Complete Home Concepts. Project was complicated by the city bylaw that requires a Minor Variance Application, but they have seamlessly navigated the process on our behalf. We had a sun room built from Feb 2014 to April 2014 by Patio Enclosures Inc. We could not believe this type of project could have been executed during such cold weather conditions! We would highly recommend Patio Enclosures to anyone who is thinking of doing a project like this. They were a very professional group to deal with from first phone call to design, construction and finished product.
We are delightful with our finished room over looking the ravine. It has added extra living space which was needed and a focus point to our home.

I would highly recommend Patio Enclosures Inc/Complete Home Concepts Inc for any home addition project. They have done an excellent job adding a good size Sunroom (two steps down) by opening up the space in our breakfast area. Everyone at CHC have been very polite and helpful. Giancarlo did an excellent job explaining the product, the process as well as understanding our needs and worked very hard to get the right sketch in place until we were 100% satisfied. Thereafter Mal did the actual design- I was impress to see how well he designed the steps that it did not use the room space at all. Curtis has always been a great point of contact and very promptly would answer all my queries satisfactorily. The onsite construction was done by Chad with his assistant Donnie. Chad is an amazing person, excellent craftsmanship and has an eye for smallest detail. CHC has an excellent crew and the whole process was so much fun, and flawlessly passed on from one stage to another.
The end result is amazing ... a large Sunroom with a tall hip roof, long steps inside and outside. This room is a room we are going to enjoy for many years. Thank you.

I cannot recommend this company this company highly enough!! I tried for 4 years to find someone reliable to replace my leaking,rotting solarium and stumbled upon Homestars reviews of Patio Enclosures. From the receptionist who took my first enquiry to the actual workers I was very impressed. The design consultant,Giancarlo, came the day after my first call and gave me an estimate IMMEDIATELY which I really appreciated and was given time to make a decision. The crew , Donny and Chad,who did the actual reconstruction were very efficient, punctual knowledgeable and hard working, always keeping me informed of what and when they were doing it. SInce it was still cool when they started work I was impressed with the fact , that after removal of the old room, they erected an insulated wall ;as well they saved items from the old one that I wanted to re-use.
I LOVE my new room . My family and friends are also impressed

I carefully considered several sunroom companies: Patio Enclosures, Four Seasons, Lifestyles, Rusco. The design, sturdiness, quality of the Patio Enclosures product is superior to all others. I visited showrooms and tested all products, Patio Enclosures had the best feel, security features, insulating specifications on their glass and frames.
The sales rep was very knowledgeable. professional and spent a lot of time explaining the product and its advantages. Office staff was very friendly and courteous. The installer was very friendly and professional. He made sure I understood what was being done, made sure all windows worked properly, all gaps were sealed with insulating foam and matching colour caulking.
Neighbours remarked that the new sunroom looks great and completely matches the rest of the house. In other words "It belongs there". Now I have an extra 145 sq ft of living space I can use year round. Overall I am very satisfied with the product from Patio Enclosures.

From sales, removal of old deck, construction of the sunroom, and follow up with some water issues Patio Enclosures did a wonderful job. They were polite, friendly and honest. All the installers and workmen worked very hard to do their best work and went above and beyond most of the time. Our original brick work was porous so we had some water leaking issues initially, but they solved the problems and we are watertight for a year now! It is a wonderful addition to our home.

I just wanted to say thank you for your honesty and integrity with regards to your quote for the replacement of our existing sunroom. The material, the expected installation date and the entire process involved with the installation of our new sunroom was just as you described. We would also like to thank all of the crew that involved in the installation. They did an amazing job. Upon their arrival, they introduced themselves, put down the floor protection, brought their tools and the project materials through the house and into the yard. First they began with the construction of a temporary wall, complete with a door to protect us and the house from the weather and then they completely removed the old structure and started the preparation work for the new installation. All of this was completed the first day with courtesy, care and concern for us and for our property.

The vast majority of the project was completed by the end of the third day. They returned the following day to complete the work involved with the interior of our sunroom. He made every effort to insure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. A special thanks to your installers for there attention to detail and all who were involved in our project...they were all very competent and professional.

We are very pleased with quality and installation of our new sunroom and I would highly recommend Complete Home Concepts and Patio Enclosures to anyone who is considering a new sunroom or to replace an existing one.
