Our home desperately needed a new kitchen window and Maxgreen was our choice because 1) Rick was very knowledgeable and very friendly; 2) Maxgreens warranty is the best, and 3) they came in earlier than expected to get our window installed. The final product was excellent and our new window gives our kitchen such a bright new look. Thank you to Maxgreen for doing excellent work.

We purchased 3 large windows for our home 7 years ago from Max Green, they have been good windows (Triple Pane) I had some questions this year about maintenance and preventative measures, and not only were my questions answered but I was shown how to look after them. Truly above an beyond in this case. Thanks Jim and the team at max green, even after 7 years they still treated us like family.
I would honestly say that Max Green is a Service based company that just happens to sell windows.

Our original windows were in dire need of replacement in our master on suite bathroom and our main floor guest room.

MaxGreen were competitive and very helpful in our selection/choice of replacement windows.

The installers were polite, courteous and answered all of our questions throughout the process.

The work did not take very long and within a few hours, we had two beautiful new windows in place.

Once done, the installers ensured everything was cleaned up and walked us through each room to show us the finished install.

We were asked if we had any questions about our new windows or if we had any questions or concerns.

All in all, we are most impressed with MaxGreen and will bring them back to do another 4 more windows.

Our windows look fantastic, we can already hear a difference in reduced noise and are looking forward to reduce energy bills this winter. The door is a showstopper, we love it. The scheduling communication could've been a bit better and we did have a few installation issues but they were corrected efficiently and professionally. This company advocates for its employees which is incredibly admirable.

MAXgreen did a great job on a bay window replacement in my rental property. The job was a bit tricky as it required some coordination with another company to repair the rot on the condo corp-owned exterior wall but in the end they were able to make it work. The quality of the window and quality of the install was amazing. Really happy I chose MAXgreen out of the 3 quotes I received. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at a window project!

We decided to get some renovation work done on our house. Front entry door, patio door, storm door and 9 window units replaced. I initially reached out to a sale representative Trevor who had helped me replace a broken window last year while he worked for another company. Trevor was just starting at MaxGreen. He had treated me very respectfully before and for just 1 window. I decided to look into MaxGreen if that meant that I would be dealing with Trevor again, I figured that would be a positive start. I'm glad I did.
First, Trevor is awesome. Helpful, very knowledgeable and honest. I had a lot of concerns and questions and Trevor was awesome. He answered all of my questions and several times even replied to my emails at 11pm. He was also very patient with me as I changed my mind on some things several times.
Next, the company really worked with me on scheduling since I work nights and needed notice to get things situated at home, our jobs and the dog. That was greatly appreciated for sure.
One of the Managers emailed me and told me that the installers would be in and done in 2 days, I was happy with that. When they arrived there were just 2 of them. I literally expected them to attack my house with a team of 5 or 6 guys. My first thought was no way this will be done in 2 days. The installers were awesome! Very respectful and super customer oriented is an understatement. The skill that these guys have in this job is remarkable and frankly was really fun to watch. The lead installer Amiran was impressive. One detail that I caught onto with Amiran is that he is a perfectionist and wants everything done right. I'll tell you as the homeowner watching this, it was wonderful. I felt like I hit the tradesman lottery. I have had my fair share of disappointment with subpar trades in my home before. This was a much more pleasant experience.

So, a great honest and hardworking salesman, the superman and batman of installing windows and doors, as well as, leaving my place, inside and outside, super clean at the end of it all! I'm Happy!

MaxGreen installed 3 new windows and fixed 6 windows which had been very poorly installed by a different company. All the employees were professional, one time and did very high quality work They came back a week later for some minor adjustments. Thanks Maxgreen for the new windows and fixing the old ones.

This is the second time that MAXgreen has done renovations at our home and again we were very satisfied with the quality of the work and the professional personnel. They are very easy to work with at all levels from quotation to final product inspection. Hats off to Jim and his team for another excellent installation.

Overall the entire team was fantastic, friendly, and professional. This is the third window company we have used in Calgary in the renovation of our 1940's house, and as expected nothing is ever straight or straightforward in a home of this era - Maxgreen was by far the best installation we have seen - they took the time and the care to make sure that each step was done properly. What I liked most about the final windows was the attention to each and every detail, making sure that the new windows will surely last another 75 years. I wanted style, quality, and confidence in a company that was going to tear the old windows out of my home - we are thrilled with our new windows, and they cleaned up!!

We had a tremendous positive experience with MaxGreen. They are nice people focused on quality and customer satisfaction, very rare to find on these days.

The sales have been advised us to do our best choice of product and the project manager has kept a scrutinous eye on the execution all along the installation. They clean up everything after the project closure and dispose the old windows and front door. Kudos to everyone.
