I'm very happy with the service I received from Roof Repairs. Had a small leak in our roof that created some water damage in the home. Roof Repairs responded to my request for assistance within a few hours and had the leak identified and repaired by the end of the same day.

Very professional people. I found a single in my backyard and wasn’t sure if my roof was damaged. They were prompt to come check it and provided very detailed pictures from the top of the house.
They will only charge if actual repair need to be done.

This review is long overdue, however we are pleased to say that the work Greg and his team delivered, was of top notch quality, and we would hire them again in a heartbeat. Greg came to our attention through a referral. We had a warped roof, with no leak, and he was the only contractor (from the several that came to provide estimates) who took the initiative to go into our attic to understand what is causing the problem. He then provided my husband a thorough explanation of the cause, and made himself available to repeat the explanation for my benefit as well. The materials used were top quality, and the craftsmanship was noted even by an unrelated contractor who came to inspect our chimney, commending the job that was done by Greg's team on our roof. Although there was a small mishap during the installation of the roof (resulting in the damage of our kitchen fan), Greg took full ownership, without even being asked, ordered the replacement part, and installed it exactly as before with no inconvenience to us. During a strong evening windstorm, we heard some shingles literally ripping off the roof. We called Roof Repairs and they were able to send out someone the next day to inspect our roof and replace the missing shingles. Fast, efficient, friendly service, thank you.

Our town house in Markham has a rear facing garage with a small deck on top of it. The fence between us and the neighbor to the left was leaking into the garage. The work crew removed the fence and found that the posts were bolted straight into the wood beam below. Water was running down the bolts and into the garage ceiling. They sealed everything, installed new tar sheeting and reinstalled the fence to the brick columns. Polite and professional, they give me the confidence that the leak is now fixed.
