After purchasing our new house and doing a few renovations, we wanted to make sure our furnace and ducts were thoroughly cleaned, so we contacted Modern Purair for an appointment. They were very friendly and accommodating, even after there was an initial misunderstanding for our appointment date. Tyler arrived promptly for our appointment, and was very friendly, knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions/concerns we had. He also explained the extra services that were available, with no pressure to buy or upsell, and even explained and showed us how to change our filter. Very professional and friendly, we would definitely recommend Modern Purair.

I was online researching furnace duct cleaning and came across Modern Purair on HomeStars, I compared several companies and decided I might like to give Purair a try. Later that week I was out walking and found a Purair truck at my friends’ home so I stopped to speak to the Technician Taylor Marples. He was very knowledgeable, polite, answered all my questions and supplied me with a business card and pointed me in the direction of Groupon to save me some money. I called the office and made an appointment. On the day agreed to a Technician named Stuart showed up and as advertised did the work. Stuart was also very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, offered more services and did an outstanding job in my home. In addition to the ductwork, he cleaned up his work area and took great care of home while working in it. I am very pleased with the service that I received and have already recommended Modern Purair to two of my friends!

We only have superlatives to describe the kind of service we received from Tyler, Modern PurAir’s technician, who came to do our duct cleaning. Methodical – in setting up the cleaning system ensuring that all vents and registers were accounted for. Knowledgeable – he explained how the system works and the detailed activities that he will undertake. Efficient – he did his job attentively moving furniture around to make certain that cleaning is completed in a very thorough fashion. Beyond the call of duty – he even fixed the dryer hose that had detached from the dryer and taped another part of the hose that had disconnected from the wall pipe – no charge!

I have had pets and renos done in my house and was having lots of coughing episodes when the heat was turned on. I was ok when cool air from our heat pump (central air) was going through our ducts but the heat activated something and I would have a constant cough. I had to wait 3 weeks to have my ducts cleaned by Coit. They finally arrived and did their work. The next day I left on my 1 week vacation. When I returned the first night I woke up with the worst cough ever. I phoned to have my new furnace system exchanged but the salesman said I should try another company for my duct cleaning. He phoned the manager from Purair who came over right away. He explained the process and was able to send Stuart to clean them within 4 days. He came to my house on time and explained everything. Very professional. He removed lots of debris and dusts that Coit was unable to get 2 weeks prior at half the price. Then he sanitized the duct work which made it refreshing. The air is noticeably cleaner by my whole family. Without a doubt I recommend Purair and will use them in the future.
