We had an excellent experience with Sheila's from start to finish. We just bought a new home and needed blinds fairly quickly. Souk came in, measured all our windows, suggested quality options that matched our use and esthetic and within 2 weeks we had our blinds installed! The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They provided us with a number of different options to meet our budget. They were always available to meet with us and to answer our questions. The installers that came to our home were professional and ensured everything was cleaned up once they were finished. They also followed up with us after to see if we were satisfied with our purchase. And when we did encounter an issue with one of our blinds, it was immediately fixed with no hassle! From looking at samples, to the in-home consult, to installation everyone at Sheila's was amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable, and the final product is exactly what I was hoping for.
