Robert overcame a challenge during the installation without getting ruffled. He's easy to work with. Duration of main installation was 4 hours. It took so long because the pieces of the chandelier needed to be assembled and wired together. I then spent another 4 hours hanging the individual crystals myself. The end result looks great!

Robert arrived the next afternoon to track down an apparent short in a bank of eight pot lights. He found and resolved two shorts so quickly (one in the switch and one in a pot light) that, as return customers, he only charged the bare minimum for his service. Robert is a great guy and will be our house electrician from now on.

I hired Robert to resplice the aluminum branch wiring in an old townhouse that I recently purchased. Robert was extremely professional, thorough, friendly, and helpful. He also replaced all the switches and outlets which improved the look and safety of the house. In addition, he installed a light fixture and cleaned up some exposed wiring, and also replaced the smoke alarm. He ran out and purchased those things for me! Upon completion of the resplicing, he provided me with a letter outlining the work he had done, for future reference. He also provided advice about how to improve (look better and save money) a light fixture in the shower, and advised me on how to make the living room track lighting work properly (it was turning on and off). In other words, he was incredibly helpful! As a first time home owner who doesn't know about electrical things, I am very grateful for Robert's assistance, which was above and beyond what I had expected, and I would recommend him to anyone!

Circuit breakers turned off; with help of a neighbour thought all fixed - but had 3 dead plugs in kitchen - fridge in centre of room; trouble getting an electrician - slow to return calls, 10 days before able to come ... 3rd try to Redford Electric - call returned immediately, in area - so stopped by to provide free estimate, able to fix the problem ... all within 1 hour!!

Replaced a couple of circuits on a breaker. Reliable and no issues with quality, but was a little pricier than other options. Would recommend if you're in need of a good electrician.

He installed some pot-lights in the bedroom, closet and pantry. Robert was amazing to work with. He was on time and extremely professional yet friendly throughout the process. Robert Redford's Company did an excellent Job on our House rewiring and replacing the knob and tube. I have only good things to say; they were very accurate with the quote that they provided and stayed on budget with the project. We are very satisfied.

We have a turn of the century home with knob and tube wiring in approximately half of the house.
