Was looking for a modern glass railing for my indoor staircase, and found the professional and quick service at Art Metal. Knowledgable, friendly, accommodating and offer realistic advise. Will continue to use them for any future projects, indoor or outdoor.

We used Art Metal Workshop to design and install a new railing for our front steps. From start to finish, they were professional and provided excellent service. Installation was done as promised with attention to detail. I would highly recommend them.

We had some issues/bad experience with other rod iron railing companies. Many did not show up as promised for quotes / work & workmanship with one company was not as expected etc. After a search on-line we found Art Metal Workshop. From the onset I was pleased with thier professionalism. They provided design ideas and good feedback when they came to measure up the job. We promptly recieved a written quote provided to us via email with the ability to make down payments on-line. Thier system also allowed us to monitor our account on-line which was helpful.
Railing completion and installation did take two weeks longer than expected, however, they did appear on the day scheduled (better than most contractors we have dealt with) and installation was quick and without issue. Total cost was cheaper than any of the other companies we recieved quotes on and the workmanship is beautiful. We are very please with the end result & the entire experience. We would use Art metal workshop again and recommend them to friends, family or neighbors.

I am very happy with the quality of the actual rod iron railing and the installation. Everything was top-notch except for the scheduling of the installation which took a lot of time.

Art Metal was recommended to us by the company who did our interlock patio, and driveway.
After getting estimates for aluminum railing and iron railings, (and being stood up by a few others), we decided to go with iron because Art Metal gave us the best price.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. Alex and Eugene were always helpful and ready to assist.
The job was a little difficult because the old pillars could not be removed since they support the large veranda. However they were able to put up the new pillars by joining them at the top with the old ones and then cutting the old one away. You can’t even tell the old ones were there!
The entire process took 8 weeks due to it being the summer and construction is always busy at that time. It wasn’t a big deal though.
The railing looks amazing. It is the icing on the cake after 2 years of indoor and outdoor renovations.
We are very happy with the results. It is nice to see a family business treat their customers like family.

After years of a rusted aluminum balcony system, we are extremely pleased and excited about our new Juliet Balcony by Art Metal. They were flexible and attentive to our needs, creating a stunning balcony that worked within our budget.

Installation was quick and clean, and the balcony fits beautifully in between the frame of the sliding door. It is solid and sturdy. The balcony is not only beautifully designed, but it abides by all safety standards for a second floor balcony.

The installers were polite and courteous and so were the rest of the staff we worked with. Alex was also extremely helpful in assisting us with choosing a design.

My husband and I, without a doubt, would recommend Art Metal to others.

Beautiful workmanship, excellent installation job, all small details were taken care of starting with custom design, measurement, cleanup and a follow up phone call to make sure I was happy with the job. A company you can trust. Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish, Alex was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. The appointments were promptly kept, and he guided us through our decision process in selecting something that was ideal for our needs. The metal railings were custom fitted and painted and the glass panels are beautifully thick tempered glass. The workmanship was top quality and the crew worked hard to finish to our deadline. Alex's focus on customer service and his leadership with the crew to deliver complete satisfaction made us very happy to have dealt with this company.

We have about 6 meters of fence and 2 gates installed (one as part of the fence and one just to fill in the opening between the cedar hedge parts).
The installation happened about 6.5 weeks after deposit was paid. The gates were supposed to have a decorative piece on top of them, I kept asking to e-mail me the picture prior to installation, but it never happened and sure enough, on the installation date the pieces were not there.
They did eventually manufacture them and came to install them.
There was a mix-up in the quotes, originally I got around 3000 quote.
One of the gates is very wide, it had to be adjusted later because it wasn't even latching. Company came back and adjusted it, however, the whole look if still not that pretty and the whole structure shakes when the door gets open (because the door it so wide). It doesn't break or anything, but it feel very odd when the gate is opened.

Overall, good price and good work, but through our renovation journeys I've had work done closer to perfection (although I've also had worse :-) ).
