Pods Moving & Storage

I just wanted to send a quick note to let you know how pleased we have been with our pods experience so far. We are only half way through the moving process... our pod was brought to us Monday of this week and picked up just yesterday morning. Our driver was Dave Clemmens (both times). When Dave first dropped off the pod on Monday he was very patient and helpful, as the parking lot we had for him to work with probably wasn't the most convenient by any means. Dave was really professional and seemed to really enjoy what he was doing. After siging the paperwork, and the container was put in place, Dave indicated to me that it would likely be himself or a female driver (named Shannon? I believe...) that would be back for the pod on Thursday. Not really knowing what to expect, I immediately felt more comfortable and confident in the service that Dave was providing to us. It was Dave who returned yesterday to pick up our pod, and it was so great to see a familiar face. The closing date on our new house isn't until March 8th, but I have absolute trust that our stuff will be stored securely until it returns to our driveway. It was also nice to know that it would be Dave or the female driver that would be greeting us at the new house with our pod once again :)

Although, we are hoping NOT to be moving again anytime soon, we will definitely consider PODS in the future and recommend this service to friends and family. Thanks for making this incredibly stressful week a little less stressful. Happy friday to you and your team; enjoy the weekend!!

I had to rent a storage place for my resturant because I was moving in and i have to redesign it so I have I put the item in my store somewhere. I thought of storage places, but then I hated how you have to go to a place to get your stuff. My friend then recommended me to PODS, it is so potable in just go to the back of my store building and get the stuff you want. The whole process of getting the PODS were fast, efficient and easy.

We had to move into temporary accommodations for 8 months while our new house was being built. PODS was recommended by a family member. PODS were deliverd on time as agreed to and it was so much less stressful to pack at your leasure rather than having to rush within a tight time frame. We stored our belongings for 8 months. I was a bit nervious...I thought things would smell musty etc. But no...when our PODS were delivered for unpacking the contects were in great shape. So smell at all...everything was better than I expected. Once again we were able to upack at our leasure and our PODS were picked again with no fuss...I didn't even have to be at home. If you have to store anything don't hesitateto contact PODS...phone staff answer all of you questions...the price in reasonable...and it's quite amazing to watch the delivery person deliver and pick up the PODS...if you're home watch! I would highly recommends PODS to friends or family without hesitation. I am a fan.

Every year Peel Regional Police runs a charitable endeavour 'Toys for Tots' to bring toys to families in need over the Christmas holidays. During the campaign, we are responsible for collecting thousands of toys and delivering them to our local Salvation Army. PODS has been an invaluable asset to our campaign as it allows us a temporary storage space at our Police Headquaters for the toys. This year Toys for Tots surpassed the million dollar mark for donations.

I loved having a POD for my move. It was so simple. We loaded up all of our boxes in advance, at our own pace and then unloaded at the new house when and how we wanted. It also saved us a ton of money on moving costs. It reduced the time we needed to use the professional movers because all that was left for them was the furniture. No boxes! We would recommend this moving process to everyone. We love PODS!

I am so happy that we chose to use PODS for this move. We were able to pack and unpack a lot of things at our own pace without feeling pressured or rushed. We left the large furniture and last minute needs to our professional movers, but most of our contents went into the POD for storage and move. I highly recommend PODS and will use them again if I every move again!!

Very easy to use the PODS service!! Nobody hounding us to pick up or deliver! Courteous delivery drivers who call before every pick up and delivery!! Excellent Service all together!!!

Got an online quote which was a great process - easy to do and great details. I followed up and made the order over the phone and found the sales person really helpful (she looked up our house on Google Maps to confirm that everything would fit). POD showed up right on time and was placed exactly as promised. They are really good with keeping you informed of when and how the delivery will happen. I'd recommend these guys to anyone for moving or renovations.

My experience renting a POD was great. They gave me options. The delivered when they said they would. They picked up when they said they would. When I called the office, they answered all my questions and were very helpful. I'd hire them again.
