Logik Roofing & Insulation

My Husband and I cannot say enough good things about this Company. No issues - no muss - no fuss. Workers did a wonderful job and were ever so pleasant.........The Owner/owners of the company couldn't do enough for us and they are honest and hard working people. We couldn't be more pleased with the whole job, clean-up and all they did. If you need a new roof - they are wonderful! Best choice we have made in a long time! They even had a surprise awaiting us upon our arrival home and had gone above and beyond what we had expected! Thank you Logik!!!!!

Everyone from the first person we met who gave us our quote to the last person who personally came by our house to thank us and pick up the cheque and especially the men who stood on the roof to do the work and those who came back to clean up the remains of the bin and nails and make sure the yard was clean were professional, polite and were very good workers. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Danielle in the office is amazing keeping on top of things with phone calls to answer all questions and remind you of appointments and weather updates. A true pleasure to work with this company.

Wonderful service from the 1st time we met them at the local home show to the friendly receptionist/order taker to the gentleman doing our in-home quote and to the full crew completing our insulation top-up. Great companies are made up of great people and excellent products - Logik Roofing has both in abundance. Every time I contacted Logik, their customer service was super responsive with accurate answers to my questions. Danielle could not be more professional in her approach to her valued customers. Jason made the experience of having added attic insulation and new roofing installed such a pleasure from the quote stage to the completion of the projects. Both work crews were very pleasant and extremely professional in ensuring that the job was done not just correctly but cleanly and safely. Logik worked with me every step of the way, making me know my home was in good hands. Everyone who needs any roofing work done should look nowhere else than this company! To do so is just not LOGIK!

In June 2015, we had a new roof installed by Jason's team and I provided a glowing review for them (see prior review). I'm back, albeit a bit late, but better late than never, with a follow up to that review.

In November, we had noticed water damage on the ceiling of the 2nd floor bathroom fan (the fan was installed by a different contractor, who essentially did a shoddy job). We called Jason who came to look at the damage. He assured us there was nothing wrong with the roof, however, it was the fan that was not installed properly. He noted there had been some shortcuts taken to this installation, leading to condensation not escaping properly, rather it was leaking right back down the (incorrect type of) tubing, causing the ceiling damage (I believe this diagnosis because all the other jobs done in my home by the other shady contractor had all fallen apart throughout the year, so the bathroom fan not being installed properly was no surprise). Anyhow, Jason offered to fix/replace the entire fan unit AT NO COST TO US. He fixed it for free. He didn't have to fix it period, but he did, at no cost to us. You can't really beat that kind of service! Also, while he was in the attic, he noted that the insulation wasn't done correctly. He suggested we contact some insulation specialists to find out what needs to be done, and that he may be able to help us out with the work itself.

I am an extreme perfectionist when it comes to paying for services, and I have never come across someone with the level of commitment to his clients that Jason has. I would recommend him and his team 500%, I wouldn't even bother looking around. He truly cares about his clients, and that you can't beat.

Jason, sorry for this review being so late, but thank you again for your help. You have no idea how much something so simple (to you) meant to us. You have gained us as a client forever, and we will continue to recommend you to our friends and family!! We can't thank you enough!

After we decided on logik roofing to insulate my attic I made arrangement for them to come They arrived a bit early but that worked out well The crew was extremely polite,neat and proceeded quickly to protect the entranceway ,hallway and the area surrounding the attic access.They found issues with my attic and took the time to explain what they were doing to remedy the situation Bathroom fan was not vented and they went out to get the material to vent it properly There was no extra charges for this and some additional work they did.Upon completion they cleaned up and vaccuumed .I would barely know they were there I have no issues recommending Logik to anyone considering insulating their attic

Our shingles are only 4yrs old, and we were unfortunate to experience a leak this summer. After numerous calls, with no response from the company who installed the roof 4yrs ago, we hired another roofing company to fix the issue. They came twice to attempt to fix our roof, and we found ourselves putting out buckets during the next rain.

I had given up my faith in the roofing industry, and a friend refered me to Logik Roofing. Logik were courteous, proffessional, and understanding right from the first phone call, and within a couple hours I had Logik on my roof, and in my attic to diagnose the problem. They came back immediately with new shingles, and a new attic vent. They worked quickly and effieciently as the evening turned dark.

After the next couple of rain storms Logik made a point of reaching out to ensure that our house was dry. I cant say enough good things about the level of proffessionalism at Logik.

The patch of new shingles blends seamlessly into the rest of the roof, and there is no visual signs that any work was ever done. I can honestly say, when its time for a full roof replacement, Logik Roofing will be my first any ONLY phone call.

We are very happy with our new roof. Jason was prompt, polite and professional and took the time to explain the different types of shingles and roofing options. The day of the installation, the job was done professionally and without issue or concern. Time was taken to explain what we should be looking for and how to tell if a roof was done properly!
