Zaid Moving

Zaid and his colleagues helped us move from our apartment in Toronto to our house on Georgian Bay. They arrived on time, had all of furniture loaded within 2 hours and at the other end got everything unloaded with nothing broken or even scratched in less than 90 minutes. All of this on Good Friday! The cost was competitive and the service was excellent. I would definitely use them again and can highly recommend them.

My partner had used Zaid twice before and raved about them, and I had seen how efficient they were as I had been there on both of her move days, so when I had my recent move coming up I booked them. About a week and a half before, the coordinator for the building I was moving into contacted me to say that the elevator - the only elevator - was broken and not likely to be fixed by the 1st of the month. I was moving into the 5th floor.

Their insurance was willing to pay for the extra that using the stairs would cost, so we negotiated that: I paid for the bare minimum of the time I expected that it would cost using the elevator, plus the tip because the insurance would not cover a tip.

I was still very anxious: about it being a long, arduous day; about everyone, both the movers and myself being grumpy about it being a long arduous day; about unforeseen things going wrong on top of all of this.

Zaid's movers blew my expectations out of the waters though. They were so calm, easygoing, and friendly that they kept my anxieties at bay all day. They were such hard workers and good problem-solvers that the whole thing only took 2.5 hours longer than the minimum time I had expected WITH the elevator.

Zaid himself was very pleasant to arrange everything with over phone and email, and Holm, the guy in charge of my move, was so pleasant, with such a good sense of humour, that I almost even enjoyed the move - down from the third floor on the leaving end, up to the fifth floor on the receiving end, all with stairs.

If I ever move again it will definitely be with Zaid, and I recommend them strongly to everyone.

This has been the easiest move I have done. Zaid was prompt in giving a quote and the move was confirmed. Holm, Jake and Dan showed up on time on the day of the move. They were very courteous, helpful and professional. There was not a single wasted minute and they worked very fast without a break. They went out of their way to help put the stuff where we wanted and also helped us dismantle and assemble the beds and office desks. I will definitely use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

I cannot recommend Zaid and his partner enough. They were fast, efficient and careful. Nothing was lost or broken in my move despite how quickly the first condo was packed up, and how quickly the second was unpacked. Their prices are very fair and you will pay what was previously agreed upon - no expensive surprises. I just moved last week and don't want to move again for a while, BUT if for some reason I had to - I know Zaid can guarantee a stress free move.

I moved last week and this was the best moving experience, seamless and stress free. I've moved a lot and I will alway use Zaid moving for future moves. Holm and Andrew the movers were great, super helpful and really fast and well organized, right on time. The moving elevator was out of service and they had to bring a very large two piece couch up the stairs and they still finished in the time I'd estimated, this did not slow them down at all, great positive and friendly guys. Before choosing Zaid I got several quotes from other companies and Zaid was by far the most reasonable and I liked the fact I did not have to put a deposit down. I highly recommend this company.

The Zaid Moving is an amazing company. They help me out to move my one bedroom apartment from an storage to my new condo. The crew were on time, worked very fast with a great professional and a friendly attitude. I would recommend Zaid Moving to everyone.

Zaid and Jacob did a fantastic job with my move. They were punctual, very fast, friendly and upbeat all day. I was quoted a flat fee and not charged a penny more. I would highly recommend them.

4th or 5 time I've used Zaid, I'm happy to use him every time because and trust and rely on him. He's never let me down, and with his customer satisfaction attitude, he never will. I've never had to haggle him down, ask him to do something or complain - he's usually the one to tell me how to do things more efficiently when I'm lifting something with him. The man is FAST and he's never called in late.

Zaid and his crew were on time. They were SOOO fast. Nothing was damaged. I would recommend them to others. I'm doing a renovation so most my stuff is in garage. I will call Zaid again to move stuff into the new renovation. They were also very professional! I knock one star because my husband had to put some stuff in our van(we forgot a storage area) but the guys unloaded everything from his van too. Great JOB ZAID!!

I moved from Toronto to Montreal at the end of January, and I'm so happy that I hired Zaid Moving to help out.

The move went as smoothly as possible. They were on time, worked very efficiently but carefully, nothing got broken, and Zaid and his co-worker were also very friendly. This was by far the most pleasant and easiest move I've done.

The price was also much better than what I had been quoted by other Toronto companies. I particularly appreciated that they give me a flat rate, and made it very clear that I wouldn't pay a penny more than what he originally quoted me. No hidden fees.

I highly recommend Zaid and his crew. I would definitely hire them again if I was still in Toronto.
