With construction as busy as it has been on the North Shore it was hard to find a builder. My wife and I were very pleased to have John and his crew commit and carry out the renovation in such a professional and quick manor. Written quotes were provided to us and at reasonable rates that did not change throughout the job. Also the work was carried out with above standard quality workmanship. We will use John and his crew for other future renovations.

John Lawless and his crew replaced all my old windows. Their work quality was good. However, the best part is that they are on time everyday. They also let me know when they will be late ahead of time. I have already recommended them to my neighbour and will also be using them for my parent's home renovation.
