Prestige Maintenance Crew

We were moving into an older home and wanted the bedrooms and basement painted before we moved in. I called for a couple of quotes (including Home Depot). Apparently having old wallpaper in the bedrooms was a big deal for the other companies, but not Prestige. They came in at the lowest quote, were able to start and finish before we moved in, and were the most professional and knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. Jose (from Prestige) did a great job getting the wallpaper off, painting and touching up. He was fast, worked around our schedules and our other (home renovation) contractor's schedules and even fixed some of the other contractor's mistakes. I'd highly recommend him to friends and family and would ask him to come back in the future when we want to re-decorate. Thanks Jose!!

We moved into a 25 year old home last year, with original windows at the back. While the windows were in OK shape, the caulking was dried and cracked and needed to be redone, and the paint had worn off in many places. We called Prestige and Sergio came out to give us a quote. He was very professional and knew his stuff, and went over the steps that would be taken to replace the caulking. He also called in his painter, Jose, who took the time to go over what needed to be done as well as provide advice on other items around the house that needed to be done. After a week of stripping, insulating, caulking, sanding and painting, the windows look fantastic and I know they'll last us until we are ready to replace them. Thanks Sergio and Jose for the fine work you did (including the window and eavestrough cleaning) and you can be certain I will recommend you highly to family and friends. - Steve

I had a problem with my eavestroughs. Water leaked over the sides of them in two places. I knew the eavestroughs didn't require a major overhaul, probably just a cleaning and maybe adjusting them so they'd be closer to the roof. I didn't feel it was necessary to spend $350 to fix this problem so after reviewing this company, I gave them a try. Their prices were a lot cheaper. I arranged for them to come and they didn't show up the first time so I called them and arranged for them to come the next week. They showed up the next week and took care of the eavestrough problems. I had e-mailed them and told them specifically where there were problems and after a couple of good rains, there have been no further problems.

Summary: did what I asked, just took a bit longer to get there. Otherwise, quick and easy.

I contacted Andre for a paint job, and Jose called me in a few minutes and he was willing to work around my schedule. I needed to move into my new condo as soon as possible, and he was willing to do it on my time lines. Jose, even came on a saturday to show me paint samples. He did an awesome job painting my walls. After packing and ready to leave, he noticed a spot and he was happy to unpack and touch up that spot. I would gladly recommend Jose to any of you. You wont go wrong. Thank you Jose.

We had our windows cleaned by Adrian and he did a GREAT JOB...he left our windows clean and shiny! We also has Jose do some exterior painting for us....his knowledge about painting truly showed in his work! Thanks for a AWESOME JOB GUYS!

I noticed these guys working on my street, so I asked the neighbors and got good reviews so I gave them a try. They were fast and clean, just what I wanted. Looks like I've found my eavestrough guys!

Andre Watson? I belive was his name. cleaned my windows in my apartment, he did a really fine job, he was also very fast with his work. That's the difference i seen the work this company does, they work very quickly but do an accpetional job. They were great, they will have my business for a long time as long as they keep doing the work the way they do. I've also refered lots of my friends.

I hired prestige to do a post-fire painting in one of the units in my building. They were very quick and did a great job. They were very professional and treated us like family. I would recommend them to anyone i know. If you need a paintor for your home, use these guys, you too will be impressed. Cheers!

I used Prestige Maintenance Crew for for some general fall clean-up outside my home, windows, eavestrough and a bit of painting as well. They were exceptional - economical, prompt and reliable.
