Removal of basement drywall, framing, + flooring
I recently purchased a house with a finished basement - only to discover it was filled with mould.
I quickly searched on HomeStars and based on the reviews called Robert from Templar who was quick to respond and schedule an appointment for the next day.
I will also say I tried calling another well-known larger company, who came out and gave me a jaw-dropping, astronomical quote. They clearly did not want my business or thought my job was too small to be bothered.
Templar on the other hand provided me a quote that seemed very fair, and I could tell they were actually interested in helping me.
Project manager David was also helpful, making sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns along the way, which I found very reassuring.
Their crew arrived on time each day and were polite (especially Max), hard working, and got the job done on schedule. Even my neighbour commented how impressed she was with how well organized and neatly they stacked materials at the curb while waiting for the garbage bin to arrive.
They even went the extra mile and chipped out the bathroom tile at my request.
I would definitely give them my business again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks Robert + team for a job well done!
