We were selling our home and I had Safe Homes Canada inspect my homes for any deficiencies that could hinder the sale of my home. Andy the ower of Safe Homes Canada thoroughly went thru each area of our home and let us know what should be upgraded. Many of the items we updated were helpful in the sale of the home when the new owner had their own inspection completed prior to finalizing the sale.

Andy is a knowledgeable, thorough inspector. Not only is he willing to go the extra mile for his clients, crawling into attics and crawlspaces instead of just sending in a camera, his expert advice helped identify what was a true issue and what was simply an area for eventual improvement. I recently used Safe Homes Barrie to perform the home inspection on a property in Midhurst, Ontario that I was considering purchasing. I have used home inspectors before but Andrew FAR EXCEEDED any inspection I have previously had. It's Andrew or nobody! He's the only home inspector we trust. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to inspect every aspect of the home. He doesn't leave a stone unturned. He will literally cram himself into a tiny opening to get up into the attic for a thorough inspection. He explains all issues with the home and how they can be fixed. He answers any questions we have and has become a valuable resource for us. On top of that, he's responsive, patient and an absolute joy to work with.

Andy if by for the most thorough and honest house inspector I've come across. He will ensure he finds everything visibly possible and spends the time to ensure you know what your getting into when purchasing your home!
