P& P was referred to us by our neighbour.We were very impressed with their attention to detail.
We subsequently hired them to complete our basement.They did a fantastic job!They are always on time.The job was completed exactly as scheduled.We made some changes to the original plan and they did not charge us a penny more.After 3 years they came back to fix our mistake.Again,no charge.
This is a company I will not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

We hired P&P two years ago to build a laundry, storage and bathroom in our basement and couldn't have been happier. When it came time to renovate our kitchen, we didn't even entertain the notion of other contractors - we called P&P Renovations. Natanael and his crew are A+. Natanael was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous as was everyone who worked with and for him. He gave us excellent ideas on how to make our kitchen more efficient and modern. I was kept updated everyday and the crew worked HARD and on weekends if necessary and cleaned up every evening. He sent me to trusted suppliers for tile and granite and everyone I met was professional and honest. We had three new cabinets installed, new back splash, granite counter tops and ceramic tiles from our front door, through the hallway, into the kitchen, powder room and mudroom. In addition, new electric light fixtures throughout,new vanity and tiles in our main bath and fresh paint just about everywhere. We added an additional six day office and handrail reno during the main reno. P&P rose to the occasion and completed everything within the original timeline of 20 working days - phenomenal service!

From the first time meeting with Natanael i knew i did a great decision on hiring him and the team. He was absolutely great always available to answer my questions and all my doubts. he guided me throughout the whole project with new ideas and he exceed my expectations. I interviewed three companies before hiring P&P renovations. I choose them because the owner, Natanael, was very professional and was straight to the point in our first meeting.

The crew was fantastic. They, Benito and Juan Carlos, completed the work in the time and budget discussed. They did more that I asked for so I am very satisfied with their work.

I would hire them again should I move and need renovations in my new place.

We hired Natanael and his crew to do a large part of our kitchen renovation. After we gutted the old kitchen, he was responsible for everything except the kitchen cabinets and countertops. That means the tile floor, the walls, the plumbing, electrical, gas, trim, door to the deck, paint, and installation of appliances. He sold us with the "I'll treat your kitchen like it's my own" bit.

They "finished" the job yesterday and took their last payment. They didn't bother putting covers back on some of the light switches. They put some of the old switches back ,covered in paint and drywall mud. They did a poor job installing the expensive range we bought (they left the plastic wrap on after sliding it in, for starters). They didn't follow the installation instructions for the dishwasher and the door won't open all the way (had to fix that myself). They tried to get out of moving the fridge into place, even though our contract stated "install ALL kitchen appliances." The paint job is sloppy.

For three weeks of downtime when another company was building and installing the cabinets, they left live wires poking out from the walls, didn't bother to tape or cap them or flip the breaker or anything. They knew there was going to be a break in the work, so I'm not sure how they could let that happen.

The worst part of it all is the floor - uneven tiles, and a mess of not one but two grout jobs. The first grout they installed cracked and discoloured within two days. They blamed the subfloor (which they installed) and the fact that we have a "long" kitchen floor (it's appx. 10x20). It was a cement based grout, which I've installed before without any problems, and they didn't say anything about it when I provided it to them to install. My guess is that they rushed installing it after setting the tiles, and it was too wet.

After they dug all that out (chipping a bunch of tiles in the process), they told us to buy about $100 worth of epoxy grout. They made another mess of this grout job. They had to come back and spend a day frantically trying to remove stains from the tiles (epoxy grout is tough to use). They managed to clean the stains, but the actual grout between the tiles is now rough and uneven. It's also stained with drywall dust because they didn't keep the job site clean.

We are pleased with the potlights and plumbing. They are nice enough guys. But we're a little upset because we chose them based on their HomeStars reputation, and didn't see what most people on HomeStars apparently got. Looking at the other reviews here I have to wonder if we're overly demanding or crazy, but we've worked with other contractors in the past without any problems, and Nat and his crew never said anything about anything to us during the process. In fact, there was very little communication from them at all.

When we first bought the house, our basement was pretty much falling apart. This company was actually referred by a good friend of mine. Great company! Finished it on time, VERY clean, did not make much noise (no complaints from my neighbours), and most important, very beautiful finishings. As an added bonus, great and nice people.

This is our 3rd renovation with P&P Renovations. We recently purchased a fixer upper and decded to use P&P again as they helped us out with a bath and floors in our previous home. This was a massive undertaking: kitchen, three baths, floors, new stairs, drywalling, insulating; pretty much a new home minus the framing.
As usual, P&P provided the best work at the best price. I worked with Natanaiel Jr and his crew. He had great modern ideas and was always available when I called.
The entire house was renovated in time at cost for our move in date. Any modifications or changes were taken care of immediately.
I have complete faith in P&P and would not hesitate to use them again with my basement renovation.
When the job was complete, I felt that my family home was taken care of by the P&P family.

My wife and I had a great experience with the service that Natanael and his team provided to us. They started and finished on time and they were very clean though the whole process. We really like the attention to detail in the finishing of the basement; you can say that it was done by a professional! We strongly recommend P&P renovations.

Natanael and his team recently completed a basement renovation for me, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. They were respectful to safety and codes but also aware of design esthetics. I had to call upon their opinions and expertise many times to make final decisions. There quote was very reasonable compared to other options presented, I did not have to compromise on the things I wanted to fit it into the budget. They were on time everyday, tidy, courteous, and the project was extended by only one week. I have a bathroom reno planned and I will definitely be calling them again when I am ready to start that!
