Cando Renovations

Bert at Cando Renovations installed a Safeway Bath Step for us.My wife has difficulty getting into the bathtub to take a shower. With the new step she has no problem to enter.
The installation only took two hours and the cost was very completive.

All I can I say is, Bert, you and your small crew did an awesome job with my needs as far as basement renovating and helping me with various electrical work, such as: installing pot lights, drywall, etc. Thanks again pal, and it will be my absolute pleasure in recommending your services to other people :)

After struggling to finding a contractor to even give us a quote let alone turn up and do a good job we were very pleased to find Bert. His commitment, help and expert knowledge were very much appreciated. A simple removal of a load bearing wall turned into a more complex project once inaccuracies in the engineer’s drawings were discovered soon after starting to remove the wall. Without any drama Bert made recommendations on how to solve the problem, sourced extra materials and still completed the project on time and with only a fair increase in cost given the additional work involved. In addition we also asked Bert to take care of some radiator pipe work, routing new pipes around the outside of the room. Again this was completed to above standard and expectation. Bert turned up on time, left little or no mess once finished and was a pleasure to deal with. We can definitely recommend Bert and won’t hesitate to ask for his assistance with future projects.

Fantastic door at a great price. Bert works hard at ensuring that all details from minor to major are looked after. Him and his crew took away our old door and left the site cleaner than when they arrived. They recommended a multipoint locking door and we are glad we went with their recommendation. Over the last 20 years, I have used Cando Renovations for an addition to our home, for a kitchen renovation and currently a bathroom renovation. Cando renovations came in and rebuilt the master bedroom walk-in closet and moved that toilet drain over and installed the hot and cold water pipes for the sink in the basement roughed in bathroom for future use. We will have them come and complete the job when we are ready. They arrived on time and were very quick and efficient. They did an excellent job and left the areas as clean as when they arrived. The workers are a pleasure to have in the house and are very perfessional. I would definitely have them do other jobs for us and would recommend Cando to my friends and family.

Only an expert installs a shower without any leaks or problems 12 years later. Same with an exterior door enclosure which included stone steps, levelled and windproofed. Cando Renovation cost is reasonable but best of all, no comebacks. They completed the jobs on time and I would recommend them to anybody.

This was the second reno project for which we used Cando Renovations. Cleary we were pleased the first time or we would not be repeat customers. In both instances the projects were started and completed in the time promised and within the estimates given initially. In addition the workmanship was excellent. We have already recommended this company to a few friends and we expect that we will be using them in the future.
