Osvath Roofing Inc.

As a single woman I find that contractors can be intimidating, so when i had to get my roof done this was a concern. Not the case with Osvath Roofing. I had seen their signs in the neighbourhood and decided to give them a call. Jake was very knowledgable, polite and patient. He climbed up on the roof and then showed me pictures on his ipad. Which was great! and then explained what they would do. I was very impressed .

Osvath Roofing Inc. was professional, informative and timely. From the original bid,explaining the roofing process,choosing the type of materials, the actual project and the clean-up Osvath Roofing Inc. was outstanding.

We called Osvath because we noticed their signs at plenty of jobs around the neighbourhood. It tuns out that they are based a few blocks from us and we like to hire locally.

They quoted our roof in March of 2011. Both Andy Osvath and his son Jake came and surveyed the job and the work was done at Easter of 2011. They showed up when they said they would and were on the job for the three days they predicted (not counting rain delays - they can't control that...). They left the site clean and tidy at the end of each day.

The aluminum work was done in two short days. It is also complete, tidy and has, to my eye, spruced up the look of the house.

I was impressed with their work and, importantly, their attention to safety. They were harnessed and roped while on our roof. Attention to safety shows a level of professionalism that is reflected in the finished product. This is something that I have noticed some contractors ignore and have seen roofers prancing around without safety lines.

The work has been in place for seven months now and there is no problem at all. The whole thing was stress-free for us. They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive. The price was fair and we got a good job.

We recently had our entire roof redone (including a skylight). Osvath Roofing did high quality work at a very competitive price (we got three other quotes) with great customer service. Andy and his crew are very professional, easy to talk to, and great to have around. The crew worked incredibly hard and always cleaned up at the end of each day. The end result is a beautiful new roof. Thank you to Andy and his crew for a really great job!
