Mona Home And Office Cleaning

We have Mona Home and Office Cleaning come to our office twice a week. Craig is always extremely helpful, always on time and always does a fantastic job! We are extremely satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone.

We have Mona Home and Office Cleaning come to our house every couple weeks. My wife, my boys and I aren't all that messy and tend to clean up after ourselves. Our dog that was our helpful food picker upper recently passed away :'( but our two cats aren't so helpful. With our busy we don't have time to give the house that thorough cleaning that it needs.

When Norie and/or her other coworkers are finished cleaning we notice the shine on the taps and countertops that we never really noticed were missing. The house looks great all around.

For us, we like that we can trust them too. We have semi-valuable items and somewhat small amounts of cash left in easily accessible places. There has never been so much as a dime missing ever.

We have had them coming in for a couple years now and plan to continue.

I was consistently disappointed in the inconsistent cleaning service. Though staff were always on time and courteous, they were poorly trained and incompetent and masters at overlooking major areas: vacuuming underneath and on Persian rugs, sofas and very poor job at dusting & cleaning counters/tables. Despite bringing it to the manager and staff's attention and after 6 consecutive jobs, they failed to improve and prove that they are offering 'professional cleaning service'. Disappointed that they did not live up to their advertised standards.
