A&A Masonry

A&A is a company that is true to its word and very efficient, professional and quick to respond. I had to get some repair work done to my front porch which was under warranty. The material in between the flagstone needed repair. A&A responded immediately to my need. Jonathan was assigned to my job. He kept me updated as to when he would be able to do my job. Jonathan did a great job. He was very professional, explained what he was doing and he was extremely neat. He was also very respectful of social distancing. I would highly recommend A&A Masonry.

Dwight was professional, fast, and competent. He was able to able to not only efficiently finish the work, but do so in a neat manner that left little to no mess in the area he was working. This convenience and all-around service was noted and appreciated.

Great company to deal with, and Dwight who came out to do the work was top notch. Courteous, friendly and the job was well done. Would recommend to anyone looking to get mortar work done.

Our flagstone porch had many loose stones and the grout was crumbling. We were in great need of a repair. Greg came by and quoted the job. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He followed up with a quote promptly. It wasn’t the cheapest but given the company reviews we decided to proceed. Dwight came to do the job - he was on time and worked tirelessly into the evening. He took great pride in his work and did a fantastic job. Overall a very positive experience with A&A. They delivered on what they promised. We won’t hesitate to use them again.

My top rating for A&A Masonary is due to factors in addition to the quality of their work, which is very good. I had an issue with the scope of the work involved and the A&A representative with whom I had dealt did not return my call. With the help of Homestars, I was put in touch with Corrine and Joe of A&A Masonary and they “knocked my socks off”, an old time expression for old time customer service ( getting rarer these days). They listened intently to my concern, accepted it and fairly negotiated a reasonable resolution of it. I will have no hesitation in using A&A Masonary again or recommending them to family and friends.

We had never dealt with this company. Overall they met and exceeded our expectations - timely, as promised and without overages. Their quotation was quick and clearly laid out. The team which came out with Moises as their manager did a great job - the team was easy to work with and clean, and finished the project to our satisfaction. A professional outfit.
