I first dealt with David when he set up our office network. I was initially a little taken aback when our boss who does not trust people easily, left him alone in the office when we all went out for lunch. As time went on, David was not only unfailingly honest, but, he knew what he was doing, always returned phone calls and did not 'nickel and dime' us. What I mean by that is, if we called him for a minor issue that he could fix quickly, he did it remotely, and did not fake having to come in.
I have found my IT guy, and would strongly recommend him to anyone.
