John Whyte and his crew just did a fantastic job on having all our eavestroughing replaced. They were leaking after 30 years of 'service', and it was sorely due. In the process, they reduced and relocated the downspouts so they would not be so obvious in the front of the house, while keeping our backyard patio area free from downspouts.

John and his crew were exceptionally professional, quality and customer service oriented - what a pleasure to have them do work for us...!

I had an on-going leak in one corner of my carport roof. No one seemed to be able to fix the problem. John came out to assess the situation; gave me a quote and in 3 days, the problem was solved.

True North Eavestroughing identified the causes of our leakage problems, not only from the eavestroughs but also from problems with the roof valleys and flashing.
They replaced our old defective eavestroughs in less than a day, in winter conditions, grading the troughs and repositioning the downspouts for more effective drainage. They took down the Christmas lights before doing the job.
They did a great cleanup, even shovelling the snow off the driveway to ensure that no nails were left.
They also went up on the roof and took digital pictures of potential problem areas. Overall great service above & beyond what we paid for.

I was very pleased with the service I received from True North Eavestrough. I had my eavestrough and fascia replaced. It gave the house a new, updated look. John and his crew were very efficient and showed good quality workmanship. The crew showed up the day they were scheduled to and they cleaned up when the job was done. I called True North for an estimate on a small eavestrough repair. John Whyte came personally and the job was very small in fact to small really however John was kind enough to give me some advice on what to do. When he determined that I was not handy, he took it upon himself to fix my problem right then are there. He supplied parts and labour and did not charge me for his time/supplies.

We were impressed from the first contact we made with John Whyte and True North Eavestroughing. It was refreshing to deal with a company that is honest, upfront and also has competitive prices. We were extremely impressed with our dealings with True North beginning with the initial visit to give an estimate, through the constant communication until the work was completed. We discussed our issues of improper water drainage and John not only addressed our easvestroughs but also assisted us by dealing directly with the landscaping company that we were using and ensuring that our downpipes were connected to a french drain.
