Protech provide excellent service on short notice that helped me keep my backyard project on schedule.

Protech installed two new gas lines one for our bbq, and one for a fire feature on a new constructed deck.

Their gas fitter was extremely competent, respectful and pleasure to work with. They made a return visit to assist with my final connections at no cost.

The City inspector, asked which company did the work, and when I informed him that it was Protech he said "well... I don't even really need to do the inspection because they always do a great job".

They were very helpful in providing advice in terms of the type and size of system we needed and offered a few options in terms of configuration. We could not be happier with our experience and will use them again when the opportunity arises. When the City inspector showed up, all he said was “You had Protech? They’re awesome. You’re going to be super happy with this. They do great work.” He was right. This is not your father’s plumbing company (…also, belts).

They ran gas pipes to our fireplace for a new log lighter including adding a key valve for turning the gas on and off. This inovled coming through the flor and out the foundation of the house. Very professional and friendly. Nice job.

We used Protech repeatedly on projects throughout the pandemic renovations. I am happy to say that I will use them for any future work coming, no questions asked. From initial process of obtaining a quote and very responsive office staff to the final post install cleanup. We got the gas line for our fireplace last fall and again for gas range hookup this summer. Very responsive, quote was great and service top notch. The installers are co-owners so they truly care not just about the work they do, but to protect the environment around. We have hard wood flooring and whenever they showed up they prepared the place, did the work and cleaned swept after. We also were doing fireplace DIY and the guy gave some advice for my homeowner fireplace inspection so I can pass it with flying colors. The gas range came on pallet dismantled, they put it together, calibrated the burners, did the hookup and took care of permits and inspections. At with very timely, efficient and courteous service! I do recommend them any time.

The quality and timing of this work was excellent, even though the cost was barely 60% of the next closest proposal. When the finished work was inspected by the city, they were visibly impressed, and actually guessed whom had performed the work.
