Needed a small job done on quick notice and the project was handled quickly and professionally as if it were a major renovation. Appreciated the flexibility and the attention to detail.

We had a small attic that needed upgrading from R23 to R50. We had called another well known contractor 3 times, they couldn't be bothered to come and look at the job, gave a ballpark estimate over the phone without even seeing the attic. After not having calls returned by this other company , we began to look online for another option. We found Envirotech on HomeStars and were pleased at the reviews we read. We decided to give Mark a call and from first contact he was professional, arranged to come and take a look, discussed our options and promptly emailed us a quote. Upon acceptance of the quote he arranged a date for the work to be completed. We had to delay the date once due to extreme temperatures (August), but Mark kept us informed of new dates once the weather had cooled off. His crew showed up on the appointed day and were polite, tidy and had the job completed quickly and efficiently. We were invited to go up and take a look before they sealed the attic hatch with weatherstripping. Everything was completed as detailed in our quote, on time and no additional costs/surprises. We are very pleased with Mark and his crew and would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their insulation. We look forward to a warmer home this winter.

Hi hired envirotech based from previous reviews on Homestars.They did not disappoint.The initial meeting with Mark and dealing with the installers all honest straight up individuals.Work was done on time clean up was done to par considering it is a messy job.I would highly recommend this company.

I needed insulation in my attic but to do this I also needed an electrician to come in to secure wiring and a contractor to build an attic hatch and boxing around a couple lights.
I called 4 insulators and 3 could do insulation only.
Envirotech was able to do all these jobs thoroughly, professionally, efficiently, cleaning up afterwards and cost was was the best!

Mark promptly responded to our request for a quote, even though we are a 'small' residential homeowner. While other contractors don't even bother to respond to requests for estimates, Mark is different.. He obviously is passionate about his Company and the work they do. Mark's crew finally made it here after sitting in traffic due to an accident that delayed them by almost 2 hrs. They still cheerfully did their work. They were clean and left no mess. When we received a defect notice from ESA, I called up some contractors for some quotes, but wasnt too pleased, I was referred to Mark by my real estate agent from Remax Jazz. Mark came over as soon as he could, and checked out my home and went over the notice and gave a quote that I liked, Marks knowledgeable employee showed up the next day an hour earlier and completed all the work himself, did a great job explaining what was wrong and was very efficient in his work.
