We have used this company 3 times now for home renovations. We are VERY pleased with their services. They are reliable, friendly and very accommodating to our schedules. We had no problems and after using them the 1st time, I went back to them without checking what else was out there. I can't say enough about how easy it was to arrange and use the bins.

I called Roadrunner Bins on a Thursday to book a bin delivery for Saturday to clean out a house to get it ready for sale. We discussed the size of bin I would need. Doris was informative, friendly, just great to deal with. Neil arrived right on time at 7:00a.m. to unload the bin. Two people who were an absolute pleasure to deal with, fast, fair, friendly and accommodating. I will definitely use them in the future, if you are looking for a great company don't hesitate, this one is the real deal all the way.

What can I say, other than that I expect to use RBI in the future. My wife and I are renovating the basement for a play space for our two year old and "soon to be". We had some old insulation that needed to be removed. I really like the idea of a "flat fee" bin, which RBI accommodated. Based on other reviews, they seemed to be one of most reliable and affordable when everything considered. Long story short, I called to book a bin and we discussed our requirements and the bin was delivered in a few days, and right on time to when it was expected to arrive. With my tight work schedule, this was very much appreciated. Upon delivery, it was nice to see the driveway protected before the bin was put down, something that I know others don't even consider (unbelievable!).

Everything was straight forward and due to an ice storm and uncertainty that we would not still need the bin for another few days, I waited to call for a pick up. I called on EASTER SATURDAY morning to notify RBI that the bin was ready to pick up any time, and it was picked up within the hour.

No complaints whatsoever, and I look forward to using RBI in the future!

I have been doing a home renovation over the last 6 months and have needed 3 bins over the course of the project. 1 of the bins I filled up in a day and needed another the next day. They were able to bring me another bin the next day without issue. All 3 bins were delivered on time and placed on my driveway, the invoices left for me in my mailbox. Follow up calls were made to me to see how things were going. This was really a great experience and Doris was helpful for anything I needed before, during and after. I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received. Also I liked the fact that the bins were flat fee. It really nice to know what you are paying upfront. I would strongly recommend Road Runner Bins to anyone!!

Neil at RoadRunner Bins was very accomodating for my husband and I. We had a last minute cancellation from a bin rental company. We called Neil the same day that we needed the bin and he delivered it to us within a few hours!!! Very impressed with him and his company!!! We will be using him again in the future. We highly recommend his company.

Hard to find a flat fee service, most have fuel surcharge, flat rate plus additional charge per metric ton. Roadrunner delivered what they promised for a flat rate, and are pleasant to work with from the office to the driver.

I've worked with Road Runner now for two occasions; having had four bins in total delivered. Neil is easy to reach, communicate with, flexible with scheduling, and accommodating. Given we were removing/trashing material from a business, I was able to pay with our company credit card over the phone which made the whole process very simple and hassle free. An emailed receipt was provided to me. If I need removal services again, I will for sure be reaching back out to them. It was a pleasure to deal with Road Runner. Highly recommended! :)

Neil from Roadrunner bins inc was so easy to deal with. He was not only helpful but very friendly and personable. They were very accommodating to the timing of our project and were very fairly priced. We have since used their bin service another time. I emailed them and they promptly called me to review my needs. After agreeing to their very reasonable pricing, they booked a time slot and bin arrived on time and with courteous service. The bin was clean and well maintained. Arranging for pickup was just as easy. Customer service was top notch, friendly and professional. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
