Mr. Rooter was awesome! They helped me figure out how to turn off the water to stop the leak, they got someone out the next morning for the service call and they graciously worked around my insurance company's emergency workers even though they weren't very communicative.

I called Mr. Rooter on Monday morning regarding two broken toilets in our home. The technician arrived only a couple of hours later. He was courteous and professional. He immediately determined what repairs/replacements needed to be done and he quoted a price that was not only reasonable, but suggested that the final total might be less. He returned with all the required parts and both repairs/ replacements were completed within the hour. And the cost was about $50 less than he originally estimate. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to call this company again.
